A small world ? No the world is big you're just a stalker. I looked at him and quickly looked away . He cleared his throat .
"Well I see you've been having some severe stomach pains . Do you think it has anything to do with your bowel movement ? " He asked
"I don't think so , it's not that type of pain. They're kind of like cramps . My bowel movement is pretty normal." I said weirdly .
He nodded his head at me then jotted somthing down on his notepad . "I'll need you to slip off your trousers and underwear."
He left the room so I could change. Right after I changed into the sheet looking thing he walked back in .
"Um .. if you could put your legs up in these brackets. " He said awkwardly
"Well I know this is awkward and I just wanted to say I'm so sorry about what happened . I really messed up . It was just a mixture of alcohol and me being a total dick." He said sincerely.
He seemed so different . Like a big teddy bear . But he still had that cool and mature look to him .
"It's alright , everyone makes mistakes." I said quietly .
"Well that's great! Now we have to get back to the uncomfortable part. Do you want me to explain or?"
"No just go on with it.' I rushed out
He coated his to fingers.Why would he need to-. "W-wait what are you..?" I asked
"I thought you knew . I'm checking your prostate and just checking if you're healthy , babe- I mean Niall ." He said blushing deeply. His adorableness made me feel weird. I forgot the terminology for it .
"Turned on I think" I said quietly. Liam furrowed his eyebrow .
"Did you say something" ?
"S-sorry ." I said noticing I had spoken out loud.
" Well lets get started. I'm going to feel around a bit . I've applied some lubricant to make you more comfortable."
I nodded .

His hole twitched to my touch .
Shouldn't I be used to this ? Well not so much . This is my second exam.I literally just got out of school a month ago. The first exam I did was on an elderly man . Not the best experience.
I slid one finger in . When I attempted the other he tightened himself around me. " Just relax." I cooed . He loosened up a tad . After about a minute of sitting there I began to feel around .
His whole contracted every time I moved . "Mmm." He groaned.
I continued to work around . I pressed his prostate a little to harshly . He jerked up and his legs shook. "Sorry just a while longer.' I said quietly .
I honestly thought I was hurting him.I was down to the last side. His back arched and he squeezed himself around my finger.
"Hey babe , I know it's uncomfortable but where all most done. How painfull is is it." I asked while still pressing around inside if him ."
"It- it doesn't hurt it feels- feels s-so , gosh Liam . Goood - oooh fu- yess,"He whined as White strings squirted everywhere.
This reaction from Zayn turned me on so well. It surprised me even more. There I was thinking he was in pain but I was making him come undone the whole time . It's weird as well.
"Um , I don't know what to say , sorry." I said uncomfortable .
"I'm so embarrassed." He breath out.
"You're fine . It's only normal. Let me clean this up." I said getting some paper towels and wiping up his come.
"Well . Um it's goods to know everything down there is healthy.Im going to set you up an appointment to get an ultrasound , or you know what we could do it right now." I said throwing away the remaining tissues.I looked over to Zayn . His tanned cheeks had a red tint. He was butting his lip harshly . And when I looked to him his eyes went down cast . He looked so embarrassed .
"Hey babe , it's alright . It's only normal . You looked pretty hot if it makes you feel any better." I said honestly.
He looked up at me and nodded his head.
'Go ahead and put on your clothes and then follow me." I said turning back professional . I watched him put on his clothes insecurely I could not only help to rub circles around his tanned back.I felt him shiver.
"Follow me."
I told him to lay back on the bed.I squeezed out some of the gel on my hand.
"Well this might be a little cold."i said
I smeared the gel on his stomach.
Zayn Pov
Gosh this is cold . I felt an object rolling around my stomach . "
Well I don't see anything as of right now. Make sure you have healthy eating,sleep and exercise habits.But everything looks f- . " He cut off .
"What the fuck." He said slowly and quiet . I felt my heart beat quicken.I propped up on my elbows. "What is it!? Do I have a tumour ? I half yelled
"N-no. This isn't even my department. Just hold on for a second. I need Nurse Long." He said pulling at his hair and walking out with a fast pace.
Three minutes later an attractive lady entered. She smiles warmly at me.
"So what's the problem?"She asked
"Well I'm not sure ."i said honestly
Liam lightly pulled her arm . "Rose , it looks like a baby ." Liam whisper yelled. Baby? What type of game is he playing.
She told me to lie back down. I felt the familiar feeling on my stomach. "Well what do we have here." She said quietly.
"This is rare . In talking 5% of the population rare. A pregnant boy. How old are you?" My mind was still on the fact that she just said I was pregnant. This is to much to take in. I'm so scared what will I tell my mum. Better yet, Niall.
"I'm 17 . But w-wait I'm a male. how-well I mean- why um how could this be possible." I struggled to force out.
"Well , this is only possible for 5% of the male population. In the way that your body is designed it can carry a child healthily and normally." she explained
This was so surreal . I'm actually carrying a child inside of me .
"Can I get something to wipe this off with." I asked
She took a paper towel wiped off the remaining contents.
I got off the bed and saw that Liam and another lady was looking at me with shocked and sympathetic filled eyes .
He pulled my arm just as I was about to exit . "Hey it'll be alright. You're blessed. Put these in a safe place." He said quietly . He handed me a picture of my ultra sound . I gave him a hug and went on my way.
I started walking through the streets hugging the picture tight to my chest .
"So I guess you're baby Zayn." I whispered to myself.
