Work hard, play hard
Work hard, play hard
Work hard, play hard
Work hard, play hard
Work, work, work, work
Work, work, work, work
Diamonds all on my ring nigga
Gold watches, gold chain nigga Hundred thou' on champagne nigga
Yeah my money insane nigga
Yeah I'm making it rain nigga
But I was just on the plane nigga
Buying gear, flying here
Fuck what you heard, it’s my time of year
If I'm in the club, I get a hundred stacks
I'm always rolling up so I get love for that
Them niggas stole my swag
But I don't want it back
My nigga uh!
I was on this, but now I'm onto that
You see it in my closet
Before it's on the rack
Was out there in Hawaii,
Now I'm goin' back
My nigga uh!
I got so much money I should start a bank
So much paper right in front of me it's hard to think
Buy so many bottles it's gon' be hard to drink
But I'm still pourin' up and my family here and they rolling up so uh!
The bigger the bill, the harder you ball
Well I'm throwing mine, cause my money long
The quicker you here, the faster you go
That's why where I come from the only thing we know is
: Work Hard, Play Hard
3 Years Later
Kyren P.O.V."D-Up! D-Up!" Coach yelled at the team. I was doing thirty push ups, twenty five sit-ups, and bench pressing for twenty minutes. He says it's too unlock my potential. Potential, my ass. I ain't trying to play football all my life.
I finished my sit-ups and I started bench-pressing. The highest I bench press is 500. I don't even like doing this shit though. Once practice was over, coach called me into his office. "What?" I asked.
"Since you didn't practice with us today, you will sit out the next game," he smirked.
"Ok and?" I asked. His smirk dropped.
"That's all," he sighed. I walked away from the feild house and towards the gym. Just as I was about to go in, Lil King walked out.
"You ready?" I asked him. He nodded.
"Aye KJ, why coach call you back?" Tre asked.
"To tell me I ain't playing in next game like I give a fuck," I shrugged. His face dropped.
"What! How the hell we supposed to win without you!" Mel snapped. I laughed.
"Shidd. Ain't no KJ in team," Rock said comimg out of the gym. Niya ran to him and jumped on him.
"Right. KJ ain't the reason y'all win every game," Niya added.
"Yes he is," Mel and Tre said simultaneously. I just shook my head.
