Chapter 23

Olivia's Pov

About an hour and a half later we were just about to arrive at the Zalfie household. The train journey was only about an hour and we were now in a taxi/cab on our way to Zoe and Alfie's. Once we arrived at Zoe and Alfie's place we climbed out of the car and as I went round to the boot to take out our bags Joe went to the driver to pay for the journey.

Once I had successfully managed to take out our bags, I placed my rucksack on one of my shoulders and my duffel bag was placed securely in my hand. Just as I was about to pick up Joe's bag he ran towards me and grabbed it off me and walked away before I could have a chance to complain. I followed him over to where he was standing outside of the door waiting for Zoe and Alfie to answer the door.

It wasn't long until the always cheery Zoe answered the door inviting us in.

"I'm so glad you guys are here"

She grinned as she hugged both of us

"We're happy to be here"

Joe replied

As Zoe opened the door that connected the hallwayie bit to the lounge, kitchen and dining room a small little black pug came running over and started to jump up at my feet. I crouched down and began stroking her before she trotted off to Joe

"You alright Alan"

Joe said as he picked the pug off the floor.

"I didn't know you had a dog"
I said turning my attention to Zoe
"We only got her quite recently"
"So what he or she called"
"Well it's a girl called Nala"
"Cute name"

I gushed as I leant back down to stroke Nala. All of a sudden my attention turned to the shouting voice coming from upstairs saying

"Gooooooddddd morning guys"

I knew Alfie daily vlogged already so it wasn't a surprise. Moments later after Alfie showed his usual greeting he came bouncing down the stairs with his camera in front of him.

"So guys Joe and Olivia have come to stay for the weekend and were going to have so much fun aren't we"

Alfie grinned as he placed his arm round my shoulder.

"We sure are"

I said smiling at Alfie and then at the camera. Alfie switched off his camera and gave me a proper hug to say hello before going over to Joe and doing the same.

Whilst Joe and Alfie started to chat, Zoe and I decided to leave them and go into the cosy room as they call it so we could catch up.

"So how have you been"

I asked Zoe as we sat down next to each other on the sofa

"I've been good busy with my new beauty range coming out but I've been good"

"When is your new range coming out"

"There available on the 6th of July and today is the 22nd of June so in 14 days my range will be out"

(Story is set last year so they are talking about the Tutti Fruity Range)

"I'm sure everyone going to love the range Zo"

"I hope so and how is everything going on with you"

"Great absolutely great"

"And hows things going with my brother"

"Good we're going slow which I like"

"That's good"

"It is, Zoe I'm going to tell you something but you promise you can tell Joe"
