Chapter 30

Olivia's Pov

I was stressing out and I mean stressing out. I had another human growing inside of me. It's weird. I mean I am responsible of this human being. If I step out of line or do something wrong I could kill it.

Joe. What was I going to tell him. I'm not ready to be a parent let alone him. We're not in a stable enough relationship to bring a baby into the equation. This was it. I had officially ruined our relationship.

I needed to tell someone but who

Joe- definitely not at the moment

Zoe- she would tell Joe

Alfie- he would tell Zoe

Mum- my mum would stress out

Cameron- he's too busy with work

Chai- ?

It's worth a try. I picked up my phone and scrolled through my contacts until I found the name Chai Cameron. I pressed call and waited for him to answer

"Hola amigo"

"HI chai"

"What's up buttercup"

"Are you alone right now"

"Yep why"

"Well I've got something to tell you but you have to promise you won't tell anyone because I'm telling you out of confidence"

"Sure what's up"

"Promise you won't tell anyone"

"I promise"

"Well the thing is, is that I'm pregnant"

"What congratulations"

I smiled to myself at least one person was happy for me

"Chai I'm scared"

"There's no need to be, I'm guessing it's Joe's baby"

"Yeah but I haven't told him yet"

"Liv you need to, it's not fair on him if he doesn't know, when did you find out"

"Earlier on today"

"Ok I know you might be scared of his reaction but you need to remember if he doesn't want this baby then he's not the right one for you but I'm sure he'll be thrilled"

"You sure"

"Positive"

"Ok thanks Chai, I'll call you later to tell you how it goes"

"You'll be fine"

"Speak to you later"

"Bye Liv"

"Bye Chai"

I ended the call and placed my phone down. The call with Chai made me feel a whole lot better however there was still a part of me that was so nervous. I needed to go and speak to Joe because it's better to just get it over rather than me waiting to think about all the worst scenarios that could happen. I got up off of the sofa and walked over to the door. I walked down the corridor up until the point I was outside of Joe and Caspar's apartment. My heart was beating like crazy. It was now or never.

I knocked on the door and waited until Caspar answered the door.

"Hi Caspar"

"Hi Olivia"

"Um is Joe here"

"Yeah I'll just call him up for you"

"NO I'd rather go down and speak to him"
