Chapter 57

Olivia's Pov

I was awoken by the door being slammed open and Zoe shaking me to wake up

"Uh Zoe what's happened"

I moaned

"It's Christmas, come on you need to wake up"

She said with a large tone of excitement in her voice. I opened my eyes and looked at the clock on the table which read 7:01. Uh it was early

"Come on then get up"

Zoe said squealing

'I'll be up in just a sec"

"OK"

Zoe said running out the room to well I assumed she was going to wake up her dad. I heard Joe groan beside me and move around. I looked up at him and saw that his eyes were halfway open

"Merry Christmas"

I said pecking him on the lips.

"Merry Christmas"

He replied back. All of a sudden Zoe burst back through the door.

"Your seconds up"

She smiled before leaving the room as well as leaving the door open.

"Come on lets get up"

I said throwing the duvet off of me and Joe

"Urgh it's so cold"

Joe moaned

"Put on a shirt then"

I said rolling my eyes and climbing out of the bed

"Can you pass me one then please"

Joe asked as he brought the duvet back up over his body

"Why can't you get it"

"It's Christmas, today is about doing good deeds"

I huffed and went to Joe's bag and picked out a random shirt and passed it to him.

"Thank you"

He said pouting his lips motioning he wanted a kiss. I kissed him and walked over to the door and put on my dressing gown that was hanging on the door.

"Come on now"

I said as I watched Joe get out of bed and put his shirt on. As he walked over to me I opened my arms for a hug and he wrapped his arms around my waist and looked down at me

"I love you"

"I love you too"

He placed a kiss on my forehead and then we began to make our way downstairs to join the others. Once we got down there, Zoe, Alfie and Graham were all sitting in the living room with a hot drink in their hands

"I made you two a coffee, it's out in the kitchen"

Graham smiled

"Thank you"

I replied grabbing the two cups of coffee and passing one to Joe. We joined the others in the living room and sat down on one of the sofas.

"Ok present time"

Zoe grinned

We had all opened our stocking presents and had receive loads of small things. I had received makeup, bath stuff and those little pointless puzzles/games which could literally entertain you for hours. Zoe, Alfie and Graham had already opened their big presents and now it was just Joe and I left. Joe and I had already opened our presents from Zoe, Alfie and Graham and now we were just left with the presents from each other.
