Chapter 58

Olivia's Pov

New Year's Eve. Something so built up for what? For a new chance. A new you. A new start. Why do we need a new year to change?  I hate New Year's Eve. Everyone fusses over it and I"m left there thinking why? What's the big deal? It's just another day.

So as you can probably tell it is New Year's Eve. The Christmas period whizzed by and tomorrow it is January. Joe had somehow persuaded me to go clubbing tonight with everyone, everyone meaning, Caspar, Oli, Marcus, Niomi, (A/N- Just pretend ok! I Want them to be together) Jim, Tanya, Chai, Josh (who I had never met before) and maybe Jack and Connor who I had met once before. Yes I don't freak out every time I hear Connor's name (pretty impressive eye).

To be quite honest all I wanted to do tonight was get in my pj's and eat ice-cream on my bed watching a film but Joe can be very convincing. That is what I was doing now I was getting ready to go out. I had already showered and washed and curled my hair and I was lying on my bed attached to my phone. Does anyone else do that? After a shower just lying on your bed in your towel not bothering to move.

I had literally being lying there for about an hour but now I really had to get ready or otherwise I was going to be late. I picked out this outfit ^^^^^^^^ and moved on to makeup: foundation, conceal, powder, bronzer, highlight, brows, mascara, eyeliner and lipstick. I put on a pair of black high heels and put my phone and some money into a little shoulder bag and then I was ready to go.

I made my way up my stairs and out of the apartment and down the hall to Joe and Casper's. I knocked on the door and I could instantly hear the muffled conversation of the boys inside and someone's feet running towards the door. Caspar swung open the door almost hitting his head on the door.

"Calm down Casp, don't knock yourself out"

He laughed and invited me giving me a hug.

"You look nice Liv"

"Thank you and so do you"

"Well I do try"

Caspar said flipping his hair back. I laughed

"Joe's downstairs by the way in case you wanted to go down and see him"

"It's ok"

As if on cue Joe came walking up the stairs.

"Liv!"

Joe shouted walking over to me and giving me a hug

"You look gorgeous"

Joe said giving me a kiss

"So do you"

I smiled

"Well I'm ready so do you want to set off"

Joe asked Caspar

"Yep, I called a cab before Olivia came so he should be here soon"

We made our way out of the apartment complex and stood outside on the road whilst we waited for the cab to arrive.

By the time we had got inside the club it was around 10. We had planned to meet at about half 8, 9 o clock so I was guessing the others were inside. As we walked in you could instantly feel the heat of all the sweat bodies dancing. I spotted the rest of the gang and we made our way over to them. We said hello to everyone and then we all just feel into our own conversations.

We had been there for about an hour and a half when Joe pulled me over to come meet Josh and converse with Connor and Jack. Joe and Connor weren't too tipsy but Josh and Jack were hammered. I on the other hand wasn't drinking anything bar coke, since the accident I have been alcohol free and I plan on keeping in that way.
