Chapter Fifteen- The Trip

Aphmau's POV
"Come on girls! Hurry up!" I shouted from the foot of the stairs.

We were going on the beach vacation today and our plane leaves at 4:30 and it was already 3:45. Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan didn't pack beforehand and we're now rushing to get all their stuff into their suitcases.

I heard a knock on the door and went to go answer it. The guys were there, fortunately, ready to go. I let them in.

"The girls are still packing." I said as they came in.

"Really? They haven't packed yet?" Laurance asked.

"Nope. I've been bugging them to do it all week but they never did."

"We're ready!"

I looked at the stairs and saw the girls coming down with their suitcases.

"Finally. Now come on, the taxi's outside."

We all got into the taxi and threw our suitcases into the back.

We arrived at the airport 20 minutes early. We were all just sitting down and talking.

"This is going to be so fun! Kawaii~Chan can't wait!" Kawaii~Chan said.

"Yeah, me neither. It's going to be awesome." Dante agreed.

Everyone just talked amongst themselves.

I sighed and leaned my head against Garroth's arm. He looked at me and smiled, wrapping his arm around me.

"You okay?" He asked. I nodded.

"Yeah, just tired." I replied. He chuckled.

"I don't blame ya. It's like......4:15."

"Heh, yeah."

He started slowly rubbing my arm with his hand. I relaxed.

"You can sleep if you want." He said. I looked at him.

"You sure?" He nodded.

"Yeah, go ahead." I smiled.

"Okay, wake me up when it's time to leave."

I leaned my head against him and closed my eyes. I felt him kiss the top of my head before I fell asleep.

-------------/Time Skip to the Plane/---------

"Aph, wake up."

I heard Garroth whisper to me and I slowly opened my eyes. To my surprise, we were all on the plane.

I looked around. Garroth and I were sitting together. Katelyn and Laurance were sitting in the seats behind us. Kawaii~Chan, Dante, and Travis were sitting in a 3-seater next to us.

I looked at Garroth. He was smiling at me.

"When did we get here?" I asked.

"A couple of minutes ago. We're about to take off." He said.

"Did you carry me here?" I asked which made him chuckle.

"Maybe."

"I told you to wake me up, Garroth."

"But you looked so peaceful. I didn't want to wake you."

I rolled my eyes, playfully, at him and he wrapped his arm around me.

"Hey, look. Sleeping Beauty's awake." I heard Katelyn say from behind me and I turned around to look at her.

"Hey, Katelyn." I said and she smiled.

"Hey. How long is this flight going to be?" She asked.

"No idea." I admitted.

"They said about 5-6 hours. It depends." Laurance said.

Katelyn groaned.

"I hate plane rides. I have motion sickness." She whined.

"You'll be fine, Kate. Just don't think about it or go to sleep. That always works." I said.

"I can't sleep on planes." She whined again. I rolled my eyes.

"Alright, Miss Complainy-Pants. We get it. You're in a bad mood and you're tired. Just at least try to get some sleep. Please?" Laurance said. Katelyn sighed.

"I'll try but no promises." She said, leaning against Laurance while he put his arm around her.

"Awww." I said and getting a glare from Katelyn.

"Shut up, Aphmau." She said, making Laurance chuckle.

She shut her eyes and I turned around, leaning on Garroth again.

I looked out the window as the plane started to move and take off. I like looking out the window as the plane is taking off. I don't know why.

I felt Garroth's hand slide down my arm and intertwine our fingers. I smiled and looked at him. He smiled at me.

"You can go back to sleep if you want." He said, quietly.

"Nah, I'm *yawn* not tired anymore." I said and he smirked.

"Go to sleep, Aph." He said. I sighed.

"Okay."

I leaned over and kissed him. Every time we kissed I felt fireworks exploding in my stomach. It was a feeling that I loved and I never got when I kissed Aaron.

I pulled away and he smiled, blushing a bit. I always think it's so cute whenever he blushes or when he gets nervous. I'd always thought it was.

I rested my head against his chest and closed my eyes.

"I love you, Garroth." I mumbled, sleepily.

"I love you, too." He said, quietly.

He lightly kissed my head and I fell asleep again.

Garroth's POV
"Awwww, how cute." I heard Laurance tease, quietly so he wouldn't wake up the girls.

"Shut up, Laurance." I replied and he chuckled.

I heard him lay back in his seat and he spoke again.

"I guess the battle is over, Garroth. You won."

I smiled, knowing that he meant the "Battle for Aphmau's Heart".

I lay my head against Aphmau's and closer my eyes, slowly falling into sleep.
