We are nearing the end of book two! This is exciting! Let me know if a third book should be written. I'm not sure yet if I will but if you guys want it I will definitely write it.
The sound of the office door opening shook me from my thoughts. "Hey," John said quietly standing in front of the door.
"Hi," I said turning my chair the rest of the way around.
"I have some news," John said in the form of a question. He was playing with his thumbs.
I stood up slowly, "What's wrong?"
"I got promoted." He said quietly.
My eyes widened and I practically jumped in the air, "John! That's wonderful news!" I cheered.
"Well we have to move," he started.
"Is it the firm in Florida?" I asked excitedly.
"It's in New York." He sounded afraid of what my reaction would be.
"John?" I started, suddenly worried.
"You don't wanna move, do you?" He looked at the ground.
"No I do, because," I trailed off.
"Because?" He asked.
"I wrote a musical." I said quickly. "I want to get it on a theater stage."
