Maine always surprises Rj; little gestures. She's not the showy type so he was happily surprised when she stretched out her arms to hug him as she ran into the hallway of the studio's backstage.
"Did she miss that much?.....we were just together this morning...." he thought.
They had spent the night chatting like they always do. He sometimes slept over at her place because they enjoyed their conversations until the wee hours of the morning. She didn't want him to drive all the way back south at an ungodly hour, alone.
They had breakfast together, too. But he had to leave earlier than her. She was picked up by the show's service coaster and brought to the barangay first before going to the studios.
"...I miss you too!" he said as he received her embrace. She flung her arms around his neck. She tiptoed so that she could whisper into his ear.
"....I miss you......your fly is open....." she said, kissing him on the cheek as she let go.
