The characters are Maine and Rj and most of the plots are based on what I have seen or read in the world wide web. All are FICTION.

"Maine.....Meng........Babe....." Rj gently nudged Maine who was laid out on the sofa.
She wasn't feeling well. Apart from jet lag and the long travel they had from Manila to Italy, the weather was something her body was not yet adjusted to. She had been trying to cope with all these changes since they arrived in Italy a week ago but her body was just not cooperating. All these, plus the dinosaur in her abdomen was paying its monthly visit. Maine felt miserable and sick. They were in the middle of work and she couldn't afford to miss out more than necessary; she had already begged 2 days off when they started.
She wasn't needed in the next couple of hours so she decided to just nap on the sofa. Rj came into the house after shooting some scenes outdoors and saw her in the living room. He had passed by the small cafe next door to get Maine some soup. He knew she hadn't eaten much since breakfast and it was already 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
Maine slowly opened her eyes and saw Rj standing in front of her.
"H....hi...." she said, almost whispering.
"Hi.....kamusta pakiramdam mo?....."
"...."
"Can you sit up a little?" Rj assists Maine to sit on the couch.
"...."
"O....kaya?"
She nods and slowly moves.
"Here, have some soup....para naman mainitan yung sikmura mo. I know you haven't eaten since breakfast...."
Maine slowly takes the soup. Rj insists on feeding her. "Ako na...."
After a few spoonfuls, she nods and shows a small smile,"....salamat....."
She lays back down and inhales deeply, indicating a wave of pain and cramps. Rj slowly sits down on the coffee table across the sofa and puts down the container of soup he is holding. He reaches out to Maine's arm and slowly rubs it. He sees that she is in pain but knows that there is really nothing much he can do to ease it.
"....just hold me...." Maine requests quietly.
Rj sits by her head and cradles her on his lap.
Outside, it starts to rain. Soft and quiet at first, then rolling thunder can be heard in the distance. One of the production crew runs into the house and finds Rj quietly fiddling with his phone and Maine laying on his lap.
"Ahh..good...sabi ni Direk, cancelled na yung outdoor scenes....set up nalang for dinner scene....indoors lahat..."
Rj nods and bends down to tell Maine. She had been laying on his lap for a long time with her eyes closed.
"Kaya mo ba?"
She nods.
"Let's go to your room muna so you can lie down sa bed and they can set up here...."
He gently assists her back to her room where she lays on her bed as he cuddles her.
