Memories

The wolves went howling as the moon shone down the trees. When the howling died down, the village was full of silent slumber. The king was kind enough to give us a proper place to stay. We were in the house sitting, on the chairs. We didn't bother sleeping.

"I guess now, the King will be able to turn back into human, cat girl and dog now eh?" Colby said.

"Yeah. What an adventure!" Suddenly, we heard a loud knock on the door. HapPy ran to it.

"Your highness?" We all stood up.

"Come, Cloudy, I need to show you something." For the first time he sounded like a proper king.

"Uh... Okay?"

"Hope you deserve to know as well." We followed the king silently into the castle. We went up down up down left right and many more directions. We arrived at an alter. It had mysterious writing on it. Hope tried to decipher it. I didn't know what language this was written in but I knew it said Alter of Memories.

"Hope it says Alter if Memories."

"You can read that?!"

"Yeah... For some reason."

"You see that book over there?"

"Yeah?"

"Read it."

Cloudy, yes I'm your mother writing this. I am dead. But I want to pass down to you my magic. You are a Cat Girl but you were born human. Your father probably doesn't know anything about how I died. Let's just say that I was killed by a few Nightwing guards. You killed them... But it was too late. I wanted to say that you have a sword. The Diamond Demon Mithril Sword. The strongest in our region. It will only come to you when you summon it but the summon is unknown. Hope on the other hand, I erased her memory and replaced it with some other things. So that would explain why she wouldn't tell you anything. I'm sorry that I'm gone and I want to stay. But, there is a bad in this world that knows of my powers. I had to die. Oh, and you only have one relative besides your father. And it's HapPyISdOG. He's your cousin. Hopefully you will find him someday. Anyway what I'm trying to say is, take this orb next to the book and place it on the top of this book. Ou will receive your memories and you will be able to turn into a full human and not a cat girl. I hope you understand my death. Find the bad in this world and defeat it. Or my death will be nothing. Please. Take care and good bye.

I backed away from the book and fell to the ground. I couldn't stand.

"H-Hope... Please take the orb and.. Place it on the book."

"Uhh okay?" Moments later me and Hope we're on the ground like Gravity was on its fullest.

"AUUGGHH!!!"

"ARRGGGHH AIIII!!!" We both moaned and yelled.

"Hope! Cloudy!"

I came to my senses. Memories flashed back to me and caused me to fall back... Actually I was already lying down screw that. From when I was a little girl up to the night where she died. When I finally got up, Hope was up too.

"Ohhh now I remember!" She said like I was about to say. My inventory had the book and the orb.

"What happened?" That's the one thing me and Hope couldn't remember. What happened to us.

"Well, you and Hope we're lying on the floor... Hey what was that alter thing?" I looked at Hope and she nodded.

"I got a book and me and Hope got our Memories back!"
