Just Like Fire

Everyone gathered in the center of the underground base and listened to Carlo. Surprisingly, none of his fangirls were screaming but they shouldn't be screaming at all.

"The attack happened right at midnight when I decided to go see if the six had come back from their mysterious disappearance. But they weren't there. I decided to walk around the village and see if everyone was sleeping and sure enough, most of you were sleeping. The ones who weren't, the men, I asked them to look around the area. Suddenly, one of the houses just caught fire. Then you all know what happened. You guys all got out of the houses and went here to escape."

"I'm so sorry we had to be gone. It was my fault." I apologized.

"No.. It was the cat's fault!" Colby said.

"In a way..." I sniffed. But it really felt like it was my fault. After all, it was mostly me who held up the group. We could have gotten here faster if I didn't "die"! That, we wasted a lot of time.

"Cloudy don't cry!" Carly said. The villagers went back to doing what they were doing before Carlo and HapPy had asked them to come and gather around. Carlo came to me and I looked away.

"Hey it's going to be fine. We'll soon catch whoever set the fire or wether or not it was an accident!" He put his arm around me and I blushed. I realized the clothes I was wearing were really.. Awkward.

"Thanks.." I couldn't say his name at all!

"I should get going. There's something I need to discuss with the gang. I'll see you guys around soon!" I walked to the tent but I realized that I saw a pair of eyes spying on me from behind the tent when I was talking to Carly and Carlo. I looked behind the tent and both in was there. But cobblestone when practically all of the floor was stone. I took out a pickaxe and mined. There was nothing. I shrugged and was probably imagining things again. I walked inside the tent. Here everyone but Colby and Poppy were in.

"Anyone know where Colby and Poppy are?" I asked.

"We're right here..." Poppy said as he walked into the tent with Colby. They were both cringing and gritting their teeth. Weird.

"You know how in the letter thing my mother said I had powers?"

"TRY THEM OUT NOW!!!!" Sabrina said excitedly.

"I don't know how.. Oh wait!" I pulled out my pink copy of the magic book an asked:

"How do I use my powers?" The book glowed.

"You're powers are only for attack and defense, but if you can master them, you can soon do anything you want with them. Like passing them on to someone else. But that is more advanced. Wish with all your heart and soul then you will be able to do what you want." I read out.

Hope rushed out and brought back a chicken and leashed it on a pole.

"Kill it." She said.

"Uhh..." I wished and of course nothing happens when I hovered my hands over the chicken. I tried doing what Spider-Man would do (who is this Spider-Man guy and how do I know him?) but it didn't work. Finally I held up my hands and something shot out of it... Whose created a hole in the tent.

"Woah."

"Aw great. You broke the tent! It has a gigantic hole in it now!" HapPy complained.

After many hours of trying to kill the chicken I finally killed it and cooked it.

"That should be enough magic!" I breathed heavily. Sabrina got bored midway and opened her book.

"Uh guys...? I found out what set the village on fire. And it wasn't an accident. Someone lit it up. Someone in our village did."
