FLASHBACK

"I think I may have a crush on Corrine."

The three boys all gaped at him open mouth, while Luke ran his hand through his hair. "Did I hear you correctly?" Calum asked him.

"I'm not sure If I heard myself correctly." Luke mumbled.

"Since when do you like her?" Michael asked.

"I-I don't know." he stammered. "I just- god what is wrong with me?!" Luke exclaimed. Ashton only shrugged.

"So what? You like her." Calum and Michael looked at him. Michael placed his hand on his forehead. "I'm not sick Mike. I'm simply stating, so what if her likes her. My sister's dating her brother for crying out loud. She's really not all that bad." Luke gave Ashton an astonished look.

"Um? What changed your mind?"

"She helped Lauren and I resolve a fight. She's a good person, and I could care less if you liked her. Heck, I would have liked it better if she had been your girlfriend, and not Amelia." Ashton said. Calum shook his head.

"So you really like her?" he asked.

"I think so." Luke replied.

"Well . . ." Michael began. "She is nice. And to be completely honest, she is kind of pretty."

"What do I do?" Luke asked.

"Just tell her how you feel."

"Yeah, because that'll work."

"You'll never know unless you try."

END OF FLASHBACK

Corrine stood behind the counter at Starbucks, scrolling through her phone. She saw a shadow of someone step up to the counter, and she set down her phone. "Hi, I'm Corrine. What can I get you." she asked, not looking up.

"I don't know. What do you recommend?" Corrine quickly looked up at the familiar voice. She smiled.

"Hello White Boy." she said. Luke frowned.

"You know, I think I prefer Quiff Boy." he said.

"Alright then. Hello Quiff Boy. Better?"

"Yes."

"What are you doing here?"

"I thought I'd stop by." Luke said.

"Well, Hi." Corrine said awkwardly, giving him a small wave.

"Hi." he laughed.

"So, what can I get you?" Corrine asked him.

"What do you recommend?"

"I personally love their tea." Corrine smiled. Luke shook his head.

"What is it with you and tea?" he asked.

"Tell you what. If you wait another five minutes, that's when I go on break. I'll tell you all about my fascination with tea." Luke nodded.

"Okay. So what tea is the best?" he asked her.

"Black Mango Ice Tea." she said.

"Then that's what I'll have." Luke said. Corrine smiled, and disappeared to grab a bottle of ice tea. She returned, and handed it over to Luke. He paid her, and she watched as he made his way over to an empty booth near the back of the cafe.
