Corrine awoke the next morning cuddled into Luke's side. Her head rested on his chest, and his arms were wrapped around her waist. Corrine's eyes were sore from crying last night, and she didn't even remember Luke and her falling asleep.
Corrine sat up, propping herself up on her elbow, and looked at Luke. He looked peaceful, and calm. Not like how he would normally look; all silly and laughing. He looked restful. His hair fell in front of his face, shielding his eyes. Corrine let a small smile form, as she brushed some hair out of his face.
A tickling sensation was what woke Luke. His eyes fluttered open to see Corrine brushing in hair out of his face. She had a small smile, but it grew bigger once she noticed that he was awake. "Hey." he said. His voice came out raspy, and deep. Corrine leaned into him.
"Hi." she said.
"How do you feel?"
"Like hell."
"I'm sorry."
"You keep apologizing for things you never did." Corrine mumbled against his chest. "It's silly."
"It's partially my fault though." Luke said. Corrine looked up at Luke with a sour, and confused expression.
"How in hell is this your fault Luke." she asked harshly.
"I don't know. I just feel like this is somehow my fault. All this happened because I wouldn't sleep with Amelia. She cheats, and now look at us." Luke sighed. Corrine shifted her weight so that she was straddling Luke's waist. She held his chin so she could look him in the eyes.
"So what if you wouldn't sleep with her. There's nothing wrong with not wanting sex Luke. That's perfectly normal."
"I know but, if I had we wouldn't be in this mess right now." he replied.
"So this is a mistake then." Corrine said. "You and me-" she pointed to Luke. "This is all wrong. We should have never become a thing because of you we are. I'm just that freak, and all of this isn't supposed to be. That you should never have fallen in love with me." Corrine said angrily, refusing to let the tears show. Luke looked stunned.
"Don't say that." Luke said. "Don't you ever say that again. That's now what I meant Cory."
"Then what . . . exactly . . . did you mean." she said calmly, trying to hide the anger.
"What I meant was that if I had just slept with her you wouldn't have gotten hurt. Owen wouldn't have gotten hurt. No one would have been hurt!" Luke yelled. "I love you, okay! Nothing is going to change that. Not Amelia, not Joey, not anyone! I just hate seeing you all upset and broken, and lost. It kills me." Luke said, crying. "I love you. I don't want to loose you." Corrine rested her forehead against Luke's.
"I love you to." she whispered. Luke craned his neck upwards, and captured her lips with his. Corrine wrapped her arms around Luke's neck, tangling her fingers in his hair, kissing him back. His hands snaked down to her hips, and slipped his hands under her shirt, feeling her skin against his fingertips. "Luke." she said softly.
"Don't worry. I'm not trying anything." he replied.
"No, that's not it." she said. "I trust you." Luke pulled back lightly.
"Y-You do?" Corrine nodded.
"Although it's kinda twisted huh?" she said with a smile.
"How?"
"My brother gets hurt and we have sex. Weird." Corrine said.
"We don't have to." Luke said.
"Yeah, but then you'll be upset that you didn't jump at the chance."
"You know me so well." Luke muttered, kissing down the side of her neck. Corrine breathed out. "I love you." he mumbled.
"I love you to Quiff Boy." Corrine laughed. Luke shook his head, and flipped them over, so that he was on top of her. He stopped momentarily to pull his shirt off, then leaned down and kissed her again, his hands resting on her hips. He began kissing down her neck but stopped at her shoulder.
"Cory. I don't want to rush you." he said.
"You're not." she said confused.
"But Joey, he-"
"Yeah, I know. But I know you won't hurt me. Besides, you have my consent. And I doubt you're going to tie me up and beat me while doing it."
"He-" Corrine placed her hand over his mouth.
"Shut up and kiss me." Luke didn't need to be told twice, and reattached their lips in a hungry kiss. Corrine hooked her fingers in the loops of his jeans, pulling him closer to her.
"Dammit. What are you doing to me?" Luke groaned. He lifted her shirt a bit higher, and moved down to kiss her stomach. Corrine giggled. She toyed with his belt for a few moments before undoing the buckle, and slipping her hand inside, palming him through his boxers. Luke's breath hitched in his throat, attempting to hold back his moans to hide how needy he was.
"Whatever it is, it's not my problem." she replied, biting her lip. Luke looked at her with lust filled eyes. He crawled over top of her, staring into her eyes.
"Careful what you say baby girl." he said.
"Or what?" Corrine challenged. Luke smirked.
"Why don't we find out."
Corrine could feel a pair of eyes on her as she slipped her shirt on over her head. She turned her head to find Luke watching her. "What are you doing?" she asked. Luke leaned over, kissing the back of her shoulder blade.
"Watching you." he said.
"I see that, why?"
"Cause you're beautiful."
"You're just saying that."
"Am I?"
"I don't know, are you." Corrine asked, leaning in to kiss him. Luke smiled into the kiss. "What?"
"You're really good with your mouth." Luke whispered in her ear. Corrine blushed.
"Luke!" she whined.
"What. It's the truth." Luke said with a laugh.
"Oh god." Corrine shook her head. Luke wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her against his chest. "Luke, can I at least put pants on." Corrine sighed, looking at her boyfriend.
"Why? It's nothing I haven't seen." Corrine pouted. Luke smiled and kissed the side of her forehead. "Go on. I'll meet you downstairs."
"Fix your hair. I don't need my parents thinking the worst."
"The worst? You enjoyed it." Luke said.
"LUKE!"
