Melanie's POV
Small lips were placed on my cheek followed by the sweet sound of laughter. I smiled in my sleep only to have two little hands placed on my arm as they began to lightly shake me. "Mommy, wake up!" The small voice said into my ear.
Followed by her giggles, I heard the familiar raspy voice. "Let her sleep sweetheart. Mommy must be really tired." Justin told Alana.
I suddenly felt her tiny figure hug my body as she laid her head on my shoulder. "But I want mommy." She whined.
I couldn't help but let out a small laugh as my eyes fluttered open. I smiled at the beautiful seen I had woken up to. My husband and my beautiful little girl. Alana was looking at Justin as she pouted her bottom lip at him while he stood in front of us with his arms crossed in a careless manner. A smiled appeared on his face when his eyes reached mine. "Morning." I yawned only to hear a small gasp.
"Mommy!" Alana giggled and hugged me.
I laughed and removed my arms from underneath the blanket to hug her back. "Hey baby." I said as I placed a kiss on her forehead.
"I waited for you to wake up." She smiled.
I awed at her cute little stance. "Thank you honey for being so patient." I told her.
Justin had moved to sit on the bed next to me, filling in the empty space that he slept in. "Hey." He smiled and quickly leaned in, placing a sweet and chase kiss on my lips.
"Hi." I blushed only to have him laugh at him.
"I still have that effect on you." He winked.
I rolled my eyes playfully and landed my attention on Alana who was now laying on my chest. Her head placed in between my breasts while her legs were placed on either side of my waist. I wrapped my arms around her tiny body. "What time did you guys wake up?" I asked Justin.
He was now sitting with his back against the head board. "About an hour ago. It's half past 7 right now." He said as he rubbed Alana's shoulder.
I frowned. "Why so early?" I questioned.
"I woke up because I have an interview. I came into her room only to see her playing with her toys." He stated. My eyes widened. Those two sentences just brought me into shock. He must've noticed since he spoke up again. "I already yelled at her for doing that so don't worry. She didn't want to go back to bed so I brought her here." He said in one breath. "And about the interview. I found out last night while you were sleeping. Scooter texted me and I must have forgot about the whole thing since he was apparently reminding me in the message."
I nodded in understandment. "With?"
"Alan Carr." He replied.
"What time?" I asked.
"At 11:30 but I have to go a little early. You want to come?"
I looked up at him. "Of course." I smiled. I've always loved going to his interviews. I always found it amusing. Alana as well but she only loved it because they always offered her sweets. We try not to give her too much though. He grinned at me and leaned down, attaching our lips together. We both parted our lips and suddenly, our tongues softly tangled with each other. It wasn't long until we pulled away. I bit my lip at the feeling of his lips on mine. I could never get used to his kisses. I lifted my head up only to see Alana drifting off into a sleep. Her eyes were half open as she tried to fight the feeling. "Honey, you can go to sleep if you're tired." I reassured her.
She softly let out a whine. "I'm not tired mommy." She mumbled.
Justin chuckled and he got up from the bed. "I'm going to make breakfast. Let her sleep with you?" He whispered the last part to me.
