Everyone woke up from the "grown up sleepover" as I called it. However, after last night's event with Nick, I was zonked in her mattress on the stage. All I could hear is sound.
Jasmine woke me up, "Hey, Hey, Hey. Wake up, Gracie" I slowly but surely got up.
"Can we go see Nick today?" The first thing I said when I got up. Jasmine sighed.
"He's getting out later and He's staying with Gavin, so you can go the apartment later."
"Alright, Jazzy" She helped me to my feet, as She collected her belongings.
Anthony stood at the stage door waiting for Jazzy and I . I slid my beanie on, Anthony sighed. I wonder what was going on?
"There is a crazy amount of fans out."
"They are going to be persistent on signing. " Jazzy complained looking up to Anthony before she shifted her looks to me, "Gracie, under no circumstances do you sign anything-"
"Jazzy, I know the rules-"
"This is different. Just keep walking with us."
There is like thousands of people, it's honestly terrifying for me.
"ANTHONY..."
"JAZZY!"
A number of fans scared me, I clenched to Anthony. I wrapped my arms around him.
"What's wrong, Gracie?" Anthony asked looking at me.
"I'm scared"
The one thing Anthony hated was the privacy we didn't have. We couldn't walk out without the fans asking for autographs. I couldn't walk to the Theater alone anymore. My friends were constantly closely monitored.
Anthony constantly worried about me not having a childhood. When he thought about it, I didn't have many friends. I have Nick, but that was my boyfriend.
"I'm glad I'm home." I said in a low, almost depressed voice, "I think I'm going to go back to sleep"
I slipped into my room, but that didn't end the worries over. I overheard conversation through my bedroom walls.
"Jazzy, I'm worried."
"I am too." Jasmine sighed, "I'm more worried then I'd like to admit."
Anthony sighed
"What can we do, Anthony?"
"Nothing"

"Laura and Jane are here!" I here Jasmine yell from the living room.
I get up from my nap, and look into the mirror. Bed hair. Big pores. Puffy face. Wow I feel beautiful. Not.
I threw on jeans, long sleeve pink shirt, and converse. I put a tad bit of makeup to my gross face. Then, I left out of my room.
"Hi!" I heard Jane's kind voice.
"Hey! " Then Laura's voice boomed throughout our apartment.
"Thank you for walking me over to Gavin's place."
"Oh. It's no big deal." Jane advises me with comforted.
"Don't stay out to late!" Anthony scolded me, and to that I rolled my eyes, "I'm serious, missy."
"Yeah. Okay. Got it, Anth." I defensively said, with my hands up.
Then, we walked outside to Laura's car. I kinda started to panic about Nick. He shouldn't have to go through this.
"He's going to be fine, Gracie! Actors bounce back quickly."
"I'm not worried about Arpad Lazlo. I'm worried about Nick."
The rest of the car ride was quiet, well I mean as much as all the car honking in NYC. Once we stopped the car, Jane & Laura took a deep breath.
"Alright, we should probably get going." Laura stated taking her keys out of the ignition.
"Of course." I said, stepping out of Laura's car.
We walked into a pre-war building, with historical features. Then, up 4 flights of stares.
"I'm out of breath, man." Jane stammered when we stepped up on the last step.
"How? You do lots of slits a day." I said, knocking on the door.
"So do most Broadway performers. That was just tiring." Jane said panting.
The door opened and it was Gavin, holding the door open.
"Hey Ilona! You come around here often."
"Only when you're around." She joked.
"Flirt much?" I joked in a whisper, and a hint of a laugh in the presence.
"Oh, hush. Go see your boy in the back."
"Don't mind if I do." I laughed, with an embarrassed smile.
I hear humming once I enter Gavin's place. That must be Nick, I follow the tune to the balcony.
"Angelica, Eliza, and Peggy." I hear the too familiar tune from the lips of him.
"That's a very nice tune, I think Lin would think so too." He looked to me shocked that I was now here.
He grinned at me, while trying to stand up. I smiled at him, all broken and bruised.
He reached for his crutches, "It-It's okay, You can lean on me."
"Okay, maybe I will." He struggles to get up so I grabbed his hands.
I focused on his hands, knowing that he was staring at me. They were soft and cold. I wonder why? I felt his everlasting presence.
I look into his blue eyes, with that He glided his hand to the small of my back. Inching us closer together by the second, I had only one instinct: kiss.
He wrapped his cold arms around my body, trying to do the best he could without falling. His lips pressed against mine felt so good, like magic.
"Are they making out?" I hear Laura's voice from the kitchen.
"Let them be, Laura." That was defiantly Gavin.
I hear a scoff from her, and a laugh from Gavin. I smiled at Nick, and he pulled me into a hug.
I was so short that his head easily sat on my head. I could just stay here forever.
