The next day Martin had to return to work. I guess I should've told you all Martin's first name by now and it's Raymond. (Keep in mind readers the names have been changed to protect real identities because this books based on actual true facts of my life.) Before heading to work Raymond helped me drain my tubes and gave me my doses of meds and made me eat.

He said he would return after his PT and help me up if I wanted to move around. Giving me a soft hug and kiss he left for work as I dozed back off to sleep. Hearing a slight knock on the door a few hours later I hadnt realized Raymond had come and gone again. I stirred and said come in to the person knocking and it was the neighbors wife who came to check on me. Apparently Raymond had came home and left after attempting to wake me he decided to let me sleep. He notified the neighbors wife to wake me and give my next dose of pills on time. She had a smile on her face as she brought lunch for me.

She was a nice woman. Her name was Suncha or as we called her Sun. She was a Korean lady who loved to cook and garden. She says to me husband says to help make food and give medicine to you. I bring food she say in her broken english. I ask her to help me to the bathroom as my mother comes through the door.

After my mother tells her she will help take me to the bathroom Sun moves to the kitchen to find dishes for the food she brought to plate it up for me. Momma which I like to call my mother helps me back to the chair and sits down in front of me and helps me undo my shirt to drain the tubes. Sun had a pained look in her eyes as she saw the results of my surgery.

She tried to ask questions in her broken english but got frustrated when she didn't ask them right. I explained what they did and she looked horrified. After buttoning up my shirt Sun handed me a tray of food and invited momma to eat with us. Raymond would be home for lunch soon and Sun knew he would be and made enough for him as well. We sat and ate while discussing Sun's blooming garden.

Not needing to he told her he could she said sit I make for you. He sat and she brought him a tray as well. He gave me a quick kiss and asked how I was feeling. Momma had gotten my ledger and seen it was well past due for my doses of meds. And dispensed them and handed me a glass of juice. I accepted all but the pain meds as I wasn't in much pain.

I wanted to be awake when Julian arrived home. His grandma would be bringing him shortly. Raymond was happy to hear I was feeling a bit better today. Sun packed up her lunch dishes and bid her farwells as she had to make lunch for her husband as well. He was late home for lunch and she rushed out.

My momma said her goodbye as well and headed for the door. Letting me know if I needed her to call. She said she would be here when Julian arrived so she could help care for him while I rested.
