Later that night Martin and I finally fall asleep. He helped me up that morning and helped me shower. I was still not in any shape to stand on my own. He had off so we spent the day just relaxing while Julian played and watched cartoons.

Martin was such a sweet heart he took car of Julian the whole day and he even took care of me. He called and talked to his mom and dad on the phone and basically told them the story of how things went. He cried to his dad and his mom and all I wanted to do was cry with him.

Julian saw me crying and came to me and said no cry mommy and climbed in my lap. I smiled at him and said mommy no cry baby lets watch cartoons or in Julian's language tarttoons. Before Martin had ended his call to his parents his mother asked to speak a few words with me. I took the phone from Martin and spoke to her.

She asked if I was ok and I told her I was as good as I could be. She said if I needed to talk she would always be there to listen just call. I thanked her and we hung up. Martin had spent the rest of the day helping with Julian and I.

The next day he had to return back to work so it was just Julian and I at the house. I got down on myself and called my pop pop also my former boss. He always knew how to cheer me up. He told me he would be by after work to check on me after he had heard what happened.

Pop pop arrived shortly after he got off work and let me cry in his lap. Julian watched cartoons and played with his cars. After my crying fest pop pop told me now that I am done crying there is no sense in crying any more because it's time to pick myself up and get back into the normal routine of my life. A wise one he always was.

He left shortly before Martin returned home from work which was around four. Wasn't expecting Martin home so early but he told me his captain had told him to just go home be with his family after hearing of what happened. That he was needed he would be called. So the next few days was just us doing normal house chores and getting my strength back.
