The bad boy saved me

Chapter 9

LOLA POV!!!!

I woke up the next morning. The room was dark and it was hard to see anything. I thought back to earlier and remember everything that had happened. I stood up and walked down the stairs. There was a note in the kitchen.

Lola,
        I'll be back soon ok? Goodmorning beautiful, I can't wait to see you. I just had to take care of some business with some people. I'll be back in a bit and I'll bring breakfast. Gale and Chelsea will be coming over a little later, I hope that's ok. We will all be going out to dinner. See you in a bit princess.

I smiled and went over to the couch. I sat down. The front door started to be opened and I turned back.

"Hey Jace," I smiled.

There was nothing. Heavy boots hit the floor and I stood up. Three men walked in and I ran up the stairs. They came after me. I shut the door and locked it. I heard them hitting it. I went to the bathroom and shut the door. I closed my eyes.

"He'll save me," I whispered, "he'll-

The door flew open and they grabbed me. I screamed. They put a bag over my head and tied my hands behind my back. I felt them go down the stairs and from there I don't know where they took me. I was thrown into a car and heard the door shut. I felt it move and take several turns but I didn't know where I was.

After a very long time the door opened and they took me out. I heard a door open and shut. I was in a house. I was taken down a flight of stairs and put in a chair. My hands were cut and then tied back down to the handles. My ankles to the legs of the chair. They took the bag off my head and three men stood in front of me. One closer and the others standing behind him.

"So, Lola," the man said, "I understand that you know Jace Williams. We only want him. We don't need you so how about you tell us where he is and we let you go."

"No," I shook, "I'm not telling you where he is!"

He grabbed my back tightly, "we can do this the easy way or the hard way! Now where is he!"

"I'm not telling you!" I snapped.

He hit my face and put a gun to my head, "now!"

"You kill me and you'll never find him!" I said.

"He'll go back to the house at some point," the man smiled, "you're no use to us!"

"Fine!" I cried, "he left. He told me that he was leaving. That me and him couldn't be friends anymore because of this. That's really all I know. I don't know where he was going to go or anything. All I know is that he's gone, he left."

The man nodded, "ok but you're dead if youre lying."

I nodded, "that's all I know."

He put a bracelet around my wrist and grabbed a controller. He pressed a button that shocked me. I tilted my head back in pain. He did it once more and tears started to roll down my cheeks. The man walked off and the other two stood by both the doors.

"Can I ask you something?" I asked, "why do you want to kill Jace?"

"His parents," a man said, "they betrayed us. Plus Jace killed my brother and took our leader, Mr. Dirk. We want Jace dead!"

My heart started to race, "just kill me. I don't want him hurt."

"He left you," he laughed, "why don't you want him dead?"

"Because I...I love him," I spat, "I don't care if he left!"

They both looked at eachother and ran upstairs. I started to cry. I felt a jolt of pain circulate throughout my body. I screamed.

"Stop!" I cried, "stop it! Please!"

After a while they stopped, but the pain continued. They walked back down and my vision was blurry. They had this coat hanger and this orange liquid in a bag. At the bottom there was a long tube with a needle hooked to it. They stuck the needle into my arm and turned a switch.

"In a week you'll be dead," the man said, "slowly and painfully. No food or water. You'll be out shortly and won't wake up unless this is taken out."

My eyes started to shut and black splotches appeared. I fought it and opened my eyes. They put tape around my mouth and slapped me.

"But it won't be taken out," he smiled.

I felt the jolt of pain and again and put my head back. Tears fell down my cheek and everything went black.
