JACE POV!!!

A couple days later I was able to take her home. I took her to her house. It was weird not having her parent(s) there. I feel so incredibly bad for her. Her mom is dead now. They always fought but man she loved her mom.

I took her up to her room and gently set her down on her bed. I brushed my fingers along her cheekbones. I went down stairs and rummaged around. I made her something large but easy to eat and a glass of water. She had to get 100 stitches in her forehead and the seat belt nearly killed her. It almost cut her neck open due to the tightness of it.

I walked back upstairs and set it down in front of her.

"You didn't have to," she shook.

"I wanted you," I said.

She laughed a little but stopped quickly. It hurts. I know it does. I've been in one too many car accidents.

"Do you want help?" I asked.

She shook her head. She needed help but she's too stubborn to admit it. She sat up slowly and I handed her the plate.

"Thank you," she said, "for helping me and being there for me more than my best friend was."

"No need to thank me," I smiled.

She chuckled and slowly ate what I made her. It was chicken noodle soup, my way. Not the canned stuff. I made this myself, my mom always used to make it.

"You made this?" She asked.

"Technically my mom," I laughed, "I just put it together."

"Your mother must have been a really good cook," she smiled.

I nodded, "she was."

There was silence between us. I wanted to kiss her. To just hold her. For her to be mine once again. That wasn't going to happened though. She'd flip out on me. I don't want that.

LOLA POV!!!!

We were sitting there, in my room. Silence between us..just me and him looking into eachothers eyes. I wanted him so badly to kiss me. I knew he wouldn't but I really couldn't. I miss him, but then again he was extremely disrespectful that night. He's taken care of me though. I was thankful for that.

Tomorrow I'll be going to school. I'm not looking forward to it.

"I guess I should get going," he sighed.

I didn't want him to go. I wanted him to stay. He started walking towards the door.

"Wait," I said.

He stopped and turned around with a confused look.

"Don't go," I shook, "I-I mean if you have to then you can go I guess. You..you don't have to stay."

"Do you want me to?" He asked.

I looked up at him and he smiled. He walked back over and sat down next to me.

"Get some sleep," he whispered, "if you're planning on going to school."

"Ok," I nodded, "what about you?"

"I'll stay up," he said, "to make sure you're ok."

"No," I shook, "you need to sleep too."

"I'll be ok," he smiled, "trust me. Go on and go to sleep."

I laid back down and closed my eyes. I soon fell asleep.

I woke up the next morning. He looked at me tiredly.

"You seriously stayed up?" I asked, "Jace get some sleep. Please."

"We have to go to school," he said.

I pointed at the bed, "sleep. Now."

He rolled his eyes and got into my bed. I watched his eyes close and he fell asleep. I walked into the bathroom and got ready. I used makeup to cover up any type of bruising or scratches.

"Ok," I sighed, "let's face this hell hole."

I got dressed and looked at him. I won't wake him. He's too tired. I decided to write a note and tape it to my door.

Dear Jace,
I know that I didn't wake you up. You are tired and needed the sleep. Tell me when you're up so I know you're ok.

I grabbed my things and made my way out of the house. I started the car and headed to school. I got to my locker and opened it. Aaron got next to me and pulled me into him. He kissed me and I pushed him away.

"Fuck off," I said.

I pushed away and went to rooftop. I felt his eyes on me. I sat down once I got there and pulled out a cigarette. He walked over to me and sat down next to me. I felt his hands on my waist and I smiled. He pulled me to him and slowly turned my chin. We were an inch away from eachother.

"I'm sorry baby," he smirked, "please give me one more chance."

"I guess," I smirked.

He pressed his lips to mine and soon we were making out.

"I'm sorry about your mom," he said, "I would have come over but my mom wouldn't let me."

"It's ok," I smiled, "you're here now."
