We got to his house and I walked inside. Again, I was overflowed with memories both good and bad.
"Don't be scared," he chuckled, "I'm not drunk."
I glared at him and he started laughing.
"I'm kidding," he said, "I'm kidding."
He walked over to me and ran his fingers through my hair. I winced and he took his hand away quickly.
"Come here," he said, "let's get you cleaned up."
I followed him to the bathroom. He looked at the back of my head and put a damp towel where it hurt most.
"Sorry," he said.
I shook my head, "no it's ok."
"Hold that there," he sighed, "keep pressure on it."
He grabbed another towel and got it wet. He wiped off my forehead and by nose and mouth. When he took the towel away it was covered in blood.
"Better," he smiled.
I chuckled and took the towel away from my head. He looked.
"It's not too bad," he said, "you should be alright."
I smiled and walked into the kitchen. I grabbed the bottle of aspirin. I took two and put them away. I walked up the stairs and into his room. It was different. He had painted the walls, and got new furniture. Instead of black walls they were now a reddish color. He had a new bed and dresser. He even had a new tv and chair.
He walked in and looked at me.
"Wow," I laughed, "you really changed huh?"
"I took my time," he shrugged, "I needed something to do to try and keep my mind off of you. It didn't really work."
I smiled and walked over to him, "well that's ok."
He held me in his arms and picked me up. I laughed and hugged him. His arms wrapped around me tightly. He sat down on the bed.
"Are you ok?" I asked.
"Yeah," he smiled, "I'm perfect."
I chuckled, "really? What's wrong?"
"Nothing," he smiled, "nothing at all. I have no reason to be upset or angry. I have you back, right here with me. That's all I could ever ask for."
I smiled and pressed my forehead against his, "you know..when Andy would kiss me it felt so different. So bad..like I didn't like it. With you..I could just sit here and kiss you all day."
"I'd like that," he laughed.
"I know you would," I smiled.
He closed his eyes and I set my hands on his shoulders. I set my hand along his jaw and moved to his chin. I gently pushed his lips up to mine. He went to kiss me and I stood up. He looked at me confused.
I stuck my tongue out and ran down the stairs. I heard him come after me. I laughed and hid. He ran by me and I ran out. I jumped onto his back.
"Hey punk," he laughed.
"What?" I laughed.
"You're a tease," he smiled, "you did that on purpose."
"You know it," I laughed.
He fell down onto to the couch. I sat on his back and he was somehow able to get ahold of me. I screamed as he pulled me to the front of him. Now he was on me and I couldn't move. My body ached but I didn't show it.
"Ha," he mocked, "now you can't move."
I laughed and dodged his kiss. He looked at me. He sat up and crossed his arms. I smiled and walked over to him. He turned.
"Oh come on," I laughed.
He continued to walk off.
"Fine," I shrugged.
I walked up the stairs and into his room. I looked out the window. I looked down and the memory of him being pushed out came back. I gasped and went back quickly. I ran into someone and turned around. He looked at me puzzled.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
"Just memories," I shook, "bad memories."
He pushed the hair behind my ear, "I'm ok. I know which one you're referring to. I'm ok."
I pulled away and smiled but soon turned into pouting. He chuckled and walked over to me. I laid down on the bed and got close to me. I smiled and moved away.
"Don't be like that," he smiled.
"Like what?" I asked.
"You know," he chuckled.
I turned to him and he tried to kiss me. I put my hand over my mouth. He pulled away and glared at me.
"Seriously?" He asks, "fine."
He rolled over and had his back to me. I smiled and bit my lip. Slowly I sat up and leaned my body up against his. His eyes were shut and he acted like he didn't care. I rolled him over to where he was on his back. I crawled on top of him and laid my head on his chest. I lifted my head slowly and moved up. I gently pressed my lips to his. He set his hands on my hips.
Sparks went everywhere. It was like the first time we kissed. It made me so incredibly happy. After wards I laid down beside him and he pulled my body to his.
"I'm happy to have you back," he whispered.
I smiled and intertwined our fingers. Soon he was asleep and was I.
