Sara's POV:
Music, the best lesson in my opinion. It's only been a week but our song is really coming along, we're gonna do a good job of this.
I sat next to George in lesson and I could feel someone staring at me, not in a glaring way but in a subtle way. I turned my head slightly. I could see Nate looking at me, what does he want? "Guys, I have some news" Austin said standing at the front of the class, "you don't have to write your own song, you can cover a song and put your own spin on it" he informed us, George sighed in relief, he, Reece and Blake had been struggling a little. "We don't need no covers we're sorted" Levi announced cockily, "so are we" I shrugged speaking a little loudly, "bet you are" Samantha said angrily. "Girls, now I'll be in here, go on to your practice rooms" he said shooing us all. I got up and Levi was stood in front of me, "good luck" he smiled looking me up and down, "Ha. We don't need it but thanks" I said folding my arms across my chest, he noticeably stared at my chest and bit his lip. Why all this attention? "I can give you it" he smiled running a hand through his hair, "I'll pass but if I change my mind. I'll give you a call" I smiled at him, he nodded once before looking me up and down again and walking off.
Mia's POV:
"What was that about" I chuckled looking at Sara, "I have no idea" she shook her head, "it's so obvious. He's trying to seduce you in the hope yous will let them win. He obviously knows you're the performer in this" George shrugged, "it's not a competition George" Sara shook her head, "of course it is. It always has been" Reece chirped in, "well we're winning this thing" Sara said before turning away, Beth followed and Reece, Blake and George walked off to their room. I was left in the empty classroom face palming, this was all just getting a bit too much. "You alright?" I heard Austin's voice from behind me, realizing I wasn't the only one in the room I jumped a little, "y-yeah. Just all getting a little bit too competitive" I chuckled awkwardly, "everyone does, I've seen it. You'll do a good job don't worry" he reassured me, "I know but Sara's stressing me out. She's determined to 'beat' everyone" I sighed and used inverted commas, "she's competitive huh?" he laughed, "unbelievably" I chuckled, there was a silence between us, he was stood unbelievably close to me, the silence wasn't awkward either. His eyes scanned every inch of my face, every so often he'd look at my lips briefly. I should've really felt awkward in this situation but I didn't I was unusually comfortable. "Hey Austin" we were interrupted by Levi calling for him, we both jumped, "so I'll see you later" I smiled at him, "yeah, later" he said gulping and his cheeks reddened slightly, I smiled at him before walking out. I was flushed, I bet I looked like a tomato. I watched as Drew, Levi and Nate surrounded Austin and they started to sing together. They looked like the next big thing. Austin looked up and made eye contact with me, he smiled. I chuckled as I turned and walked away. Damn, what just happened.
