It had been about 5 days since Christmas and we had heard little about signings and what not, me and the boys were laying low for the time being. We hadn't got our hopes up in the first place.
"Reece we've been summoned" Blake told me as him and George entered the room. "to what?" I said standing up, "a meeting. We have to be there in an hour" George told me. We all sprung to action to get changed into something a little smarter, we located the destination and made our way to the location.
We found ourselves at a large building, we looked at one another and walked into the building, we saw Drew, Levi, Nate and Austin also in the building, "why are you here?" Drew asked us, "we don't know why are you here?" I asked them, "we know as much as you" Drew shrugged. "Boys" we all heard someone call, we turned to see a tall guy with dark mid length hair. He had a friendly face. "You're the Tide and New Hope Club right?" he asked us, "yeah" we all said in unison, "Good. Well, I'm Joe, could you follow me please" he smiled, we all followed him into the elevator and down the corridors to a meeting room, the 7 of us sat down around the table. "Give me 2 minutes" Joe said before leaving the room, "I'm so anxious oh my god" George said breathing heavily, "calm down" I said nudging him.
Not long after Joe came back, Brad, James, Connor and Tristan following him. "Sorry boys, Connor was occupied elsewhere" Joe scowled at him, Connor looked at the floor smirking. The 5 of them sat down across from us. "So Tide boys you know we had a big interest in signing you and we will still be following through with that so we will have you sign a contract later to make your signing, well real" Brad smiled at them, "New hope club. We loved your performance at the Christmas show, your style fits what we're looking for, and with some more work you could be just perfect so we've decided as a group to take both bands on" James said to us, We had to contain our excitement. "and to make this news even better. We are going on tour in March and April with Conor Maynard and Hometown, we would like it if you would come on tour with us." Tristan smiled, the 7 of us got very excited, "we'd love that" Drew smiled, "us too" Blake smiled, trying hard to contain his excitement. "The layout would be the tide as a supporting guest and to get your audience appeal up, New hope club could perform one of our songs just because obviously the Tide have already shown the word with their covers, and we think it would be best for you three if we showed you off" Brad smiled at us, "that's great thank you" Blake smiled, "so you're in" Joe smiled, "yeah" the 7 of us said in unison. "We'll go and grab the contracts to sign and then we'll get in touch when rehearsals start, we'd like it if you boys could carry on writing songs whilst we're away. Especially The Tide, some songs you could perform on tour" Brad smiled.
Before you knew it we were signed to the Vamps record label.

When we got back we heard loud screaming coming from the girls building, The 7 of us heard it and we didn't communicate we just ran in and up the stairs to Sara, Beth and Mia's room where we could hear yelling. We all burst in and we all ducked as a book was thrown at our heads by Sara. "What's going on here!" Austin yelled, his 'teacher' coming out, "You'll Never BELIEVE what they are make me do!" Sara yelled, "You'll never believe it!" she yelled, "long story short you won't believe it" Beth told us, "what's wrong?" Nate asked, "I go into an interview about being signed and I sign the document to be signed to the record label then they say. "Oh the vamps want you to do a duet on tour"-" "that's amazing-" "you didn't let me finish. I was buzzing I said who was it with and you'll never guess who they want me to duet with. Samantha. That little bitch is signed to the same label I am and they want me to perform my song. Express. With her on tour" Sara yelled, "well don't do it" Nate shrugged, "I protested that I didn't want to but they said it was important to my career and if I didn't comply they'd drop me before I'd started. So I don't have choice" she yelled. "I can see this will end badly" George said to me.
