Beth's POV:
I get that I was probably a bit harsh with Sara the other day, I hadn't seen her to apologise for practically ignoring her, she had been busy working so she hadn't been around. On the bright side this holiday was going great, I'd had so much fun, we'd gone out, taken in the sun. The boys would play water volleyball in the hotel pool, there was a bet on who could win the most games by the end of the trip, so far The Tide boys were winning.
"Hey, Sara's coming to hang with us today so we thought we'd go down to the beach" Drew told me as we headed down the corridor to get breakfast, everyone else had already gone down, "sounds good" I nodded with a weak smile, "you alright, when Sara came round the other day you seemed a bit off with her" he said confused, "I just think it was rude that she never replied to any of the texts that she was sent" I shrugged, "she thought we didn't want to see her, that we were just being nice that's all" Drew shrugged, I nodded, that wasn't my issue, I mean it did kinda piss me off but that wasn't what my issue was, but I couldn't exactly tell Drew that I was still thinking about the incident, also I'm sick of it being called an incident, fuck they made out they didn't fall down the stairs, although I kinda wish they had, well Sara had. For some reason I can't bring myself to be mad at Drew which I should be because he didn't exactly stop it, I bet he was the one who started it but I couldn't help but blame Sara.
Me and Drew got in the elevator to go downstairs, we were both quiet. It was kinda awkward, "Sooo... How are you enjoying LA?" he asked breaking the silence, "its fun, I'm enjoying myself" I nodded smiling at him, then we were quiet again. Why is this so awkward? "This is stupid we used to talk all the time why is it so awkward" Drew sighed with an awkward chuckle, "because we're alone, a lot of the time we just used to make out" I smirked awkwardly, "yeah but we still had conversations... right?" he questioned, we were quiet, "actually no not really, I can't remember having many conversations with you when we dated, I had more conversations with you when I hated you" I nodded and chuckled, "you never really hated me right?" he questioned looking concerned, "actually yeah, I thought you were arrogant, obnoxious, you're ego needed to go wayyy down" I nodded honestly, "you like me now though" he smirked but he looked concerned, "meh, you're alright" I chuckled, "what? C'mon I'm not that bad" he said offended, "no you weren't, then you made out with one of my best friends" the elevator was silent, "I'm kidding" I said with a smile, he exhaled heavily, "you're so gullible" I laughed, "you're so mean" Drew pouted, "and that's why you love me" I smirked. The elevator opened and we walked out and the group where sat having breakfast, "why are you two always the last ones down" Levi sighed, Mia smirked at me. I knew exactly what she was thinking, "It's usually you" Nate said looking at Levi, "do you want me to get you anything?" James asked me standing up, "I don't know if I'm hungry yet, it's kind of early" I shrugged, "It's nearly 10" Mia chuckled, "fine, I'll just have some toast and a bottle of water" I shrugged and smiled at James, "sit down, I'll grab that for you" James smiled at me before walking away, I sat next to where James was and Drew sat next to me on the end of the table. "So have you heard from Sara?" Drew asked the table, "she's meeting us here at half 10" Nate spoke up, "I was actually asking Mia but never mind" Drew chuckled, "I didn't know you two were talking again" Drew added, "we're not really, we just text sometimes" Nate shrugged, I noticed Mia smirking to herself, she knew something that the rest of us didn't.
After breakfast we gathered our things to go to the beach and we all gathered at the mini bus, Levi appeared beside me with an inflated crocodile, "what the hell" I chuckled looking at him, "This is Raymond" Levi smiled at me, "Raymond the crocodile" I smirked, "well we couldn't exactly name him coco could we, he's a crocodile, he eats people" Levi said in an 'obvious' tone, "ahh yes, I forgot inflatable crocodiles eat people" I said sarcastically, "I know you're mocking me" Levi said with a furrowed brow.
