Mia's POV:
It has been incredibly awkward since the after party in Cardiff I mean not with me I didn't do anything wrong, but Sara and Drew where definitely in the dog house so to speak. I knew what the two of them did was wrong, they both hurt one of their best friends and where Beth won't admit that she's not ok she definitely was not ok, she hadn't pulled her face out of a frown ever since she saw what happened, no matter how much James tries to make her laugh, I think he knew she was hurting and I didn't blame her. If we want to talk about not ok we can definitely see Nate was not ok, he wasn't ok from the beginning of tour anyway but now he was worse, he wouldn't even look at Drew never mind talk to him, only if he had to. The atmosphere at the Nottingham show on Wednesday was almost unbearable, especially because it was the day after the incident. The Vamps boys seemed to pull things back together and thankfully it was Samantha's turn to perform alongside Brad in somebody to you, so despite the obvious dislike to one another it was better than what could have happened if Sara performed with him. Brad seemed brighter than Nate and Beth about the whole situation but he didn't really have a choice, the tour and the fans where more important than his ex messing about with someone else. Me and Austin had been the 'helpers' with this whole situation, we talked to everyone, Sara and Drew included, Conor was still talking to Sara and Levi was still talking to Drew, probably not in the most helpful of ways. New Hope Club really didn't want anything to do with the whole situation, especially George he didn't want to think about it, he was disappointed in her but he didn't have the right words to say to her so he chose to shake it off and pretend nothing happened. I wish everyone else could do that.
Me and Austin where sat in my room just talking about recent events. "Nate's distraught, I don't think he can take much more of this" Austin told me, "I'm not surprised. Beth won't admit that she's angry and upset but she's had a face like a slapped arse ever since she saw the two of them" I told Austin with a weak chuckle, "what was going through their heads?" Austin shook his head in thought, "they were off their faces drunk Austin, they weren't thinking, Sara didn't even remember the next morning and when I told her she nearly vomited, granted that may have been the alcohol but I don't think she was too chuffed about it either" I told him, "from what Drew's told me I think he was just lonely, he's not been 100% since him and Beth broke up and he was just looking for something stupid to make him feel better" Austin told me, "he could have chose anyone else" I sighed, "I agree and he knows what he did was wrong and he understands why Nate's mad at him, I think it affects Nate more when they're in the same room together, Drew and Sara, it drives him crazy, but Drew and Nate are best friends so personally I think they'll come round, they've been friends for long enough to know girls won't get in the way, it's just waiting for Nate to realize that" Austin told me, I nodded and there was a knock at the door. "Come in" I called and Sara walked in, "Sara this is your room too you don't have to knock" I told her with a chuckle, "I heard you talking, I didn't wanna disturb you" she said nervously walking towards us, "Mia could I talk to you for a minute please, alone" she said quietly, I nodded and gave Austin a gesture to leave us. Once he'd gone Sara sat down on her bed. "What's up?" I asked her, "well aside from the obvious... I have some news" she told me, "yeah, what's that?" I questioned with a smile, "I've been offered work, obviously singing and another record label has said they'd like to take me on" she told me, "oh cool, where is it?" I asked her, "it's in LA" she told me, "wow, that's a long way, but surely you can't leave us" I told her, I didn't want her to leave she was still my friend too. "It's a pretty neat deal Mia, my accommodation and flights will be payed for and I won't have any distractions and I'll jump straight into work and the money they've offered me is better than what I get here, it sounds pretty perfect" she said awkwardly, "I take it you took the offer then" I asked her with a halfhearted smile, she nodded, "lets be honest Mia, no one really wants me around here anymore, I hurt Beth, I hurt Nate, I hurt Brad, George hardly looks at me now, you and Conor are the only people who really acknowledge my existence and I've known you for years now so I only thought it was right to tell you" she smiled weakly, "we all still care about you Sara, you don't have to leave forever just because of this one incident" I told her, "no, it'll be a new learning curve for me, I'm gonna go and I'm gonna make the most out of myself" she nodded, "well, I don't seem to be stopping you so that's a waste of time. When do you leave?" I asked her, "tonight, I'll have chance to play my section of the show and then I'm leaving" she told me, "but it's your turn to sing alongside Brad tonight" I told her, "I'm gonna go and talk to Samantha now and ask if she'll do it, highly unlikely she'll say no" she shrugged, "are you gonna tell everyone?" I asked her, "no, I don't want to cause a fuss, once I've gone you can tell them, please" she said with a small smile, "I will, but won't they know you're leaving if you have all your bags and what about the stuff you left at school?" I asked her, "I brought all my most treasured items with me, anything that's still at school doesn't mean enough to me, also I'm leaving my things here, I'm gonna come back to the hotel and grab everything before I leave, that's why I haven't got time to stay for the performance with Brad" she told me, "wow, I can't believe you're leaving, and worse you're leaving us with Samantha" I sighed, "I'm sorry, but I have to do this" she smiled placing a hand on my shoulder, "I'll miss you, we'll all miss you" I told her, "I'll miss you all too" she said before getting up and leaving the room.
