Sorry, again not an update.
So as I reread through this thing, I realized how sketchy Chapter 2 was. The way I made Oropher give Thranduil his sword and say "just in case" was very suggestive to the fact that his mother happened to be killed by a dragon. It looks like Oro was in on it and that is not what I intended at all.
SO, having said that, I will eventually rewrite the last few pages of "Just In Case".
