chapter 6. ♡

Silence. Complete silence. Everything seemed to stop. The world froze. My heart stopped. My body wasn't able to move, physically and literally. Austin does weigh a ton for me, who is half of him. I looked right into his beautiful, hazel eyes. That was the moment I figured out, he was the one. 

I was getting lost in his eyes, his perfect smile. Oh his smile, one of the things I love. "Uh." I whispered, still falling under his spell. "I can't breath." I said as Austin laughed and got off of me. Damn it, I ruined the moment. Nice fucking job, Lily. I mentally cursed myself. Austin helped me up from the ground. I smiled at him lightly and thanked him before jumping onto his bed again. 

"Whatcha wanna do, Lil's?" Austin asked me as he laid next to me and tossed his mini basketball up and down from his bed. 

"Uh, I don't know." I replied turning myself over, so I was facing my belly, looking towards Austin. "What do you want to do?" I asked him as I pulled the blanket under me, making Austin fall off the bed. I heard a boom and then a groan. "Oh my god, I'm so sorry!" I laughed as I held out a hand for Austin, he took it and pulled me down, making me fall on top of him. "Nice going, idiot." I said as I turned my face over so I was facing him. I stood up and jumped back on the bed, cuddling in his blanket. "Why is it so fucking cold in here!?" I complained as I hid my head under his covers.

"Someone cold?" Austin cooed as he sat on the bed.

"No Austin, I'm fucking hot like a toaster." I replied sarcastically, rolling my eyes.

"Someone's moody." He whispered as he got up and went in his closet.

"I'm always moody, dumbass." I groaned as I cuddled more with the blankets.

"Here." Austin said as he tossed me my favorite sweater of his. 

"Oh my god. I love you." I squealed as I hugged the warm, fuzz, soft red sweater.

"I know you do." Austin smirked as he continued passing the basketball.

"Ugh, ew not like that." I lied, rolling my eyes, and fake gagging. He scoffed and we both laughed. I loved him so much more than a friend, but I know we are never going to be anything else more than friends and that breaks me.

"See ya tomorrow, Lil's. Bye." Austin hugged me as he walked me to my door. I nodded before returning his warm hug and thanking him. I opened my door and spotted Mat in the kitchen walking out, smirking.

"Hmm. Austin?" He smirked.

"Ugh, shut up, Mat." I rolled my eyes and ran upstairs. I heard him yell random things, but I didn't listen. I jumped on my bed, facing my back. I smiled at all the things Austin and I did today. I got really tired and fell asleep, completly forgetting about dinner.

Next Day

I woke up smiling. I had 2 morning text from Chase and Austin. Austin told me he was giving me a ride with him and Emma, but I declined the offer, because Chase was already giving me one and also I am not going to be the third wheel, so fuck it.

I got showered, got dressed, ate breakfast, and by the time I was done by everything, Chase came. I kissed him goodmorning and we drove off to school. Their wasn't much talking and I liked that. I am a loud person and I do give myself a headache, if that's even possible. But I also like calm, peacefulness, when everybody shuts the fuck up. It gives me time to think, think about what? Everything. I never run out of things to think about. It's weird, but at the same time useful. We arrived at school. I got out of the car and kissed Chase bye. I skipped to first period, I quickly spotted Austin. He saw me and smile, as I did also. Why is he so perfect? I took a seat next to him. Class began, we had to work with partners. Austin's and I head snapped directly into eachothers faces. We both giggled and paired  up. We 'worked' until class was over. We didn't really get any shit down though. I said bye to Austin as he dropped me off in my 2nd period class, whom I head with Emma. I took a seat next to Emma. She smiled at me brightly and greeted me.
