"Austin shut up."

"Never."

"I will through a fucking lamp at you."

"Go ahead."

"Bitch."

"Am not."

"Mhm okay."

"Mhm okay." He mimicked.

I rolled my eyes, laughing to myself quietly at how stubborn he was. But I liked that- no, loved it. I seriously love everything about him. Not one flaw, I never thought I could find someone this, this perfect.

Austin and I decided to be friends. Of course we still do it, but not as much. We talk a lot more and I have to admit; I like it. Love it, in fact. Even though we already know everything about each other, we learn something knew and that's pretty amazing.

So here we were, laying in my bed- no, not naked. We were just laying, talking about random ass shit and laughing at everything. It was pretty much as if we were high, which we were not. It was funny and random, and I loved that.

"Austin." I said rolling out the end.

"Lily." Austin mimicked.

"Did you know that, I love you?" I asked him, but was sure of the answer.

"Yes, did you know that I love you?" He asked me the same question. I laughed as I nodded. He smiled as he wrapped his muscular arms around my fragile body, holding it; protecting it. His touch made me feel, safe. It made me sure that I was going to be okay, and I liked that feeling, but I don't think anyone likes the feeling of not being safe.

"Hold me tight." I whispered as he wrapped his legs around me.

"I will, baby." He cooed as he left a kiss on top of my head.

"Never let me go."

"Never."

"Promise?"

"I promise."

"I keep building walls up, but you tear them down."

My eyes shot open, I got up as I rubbed my temple slowly. I checked my text, blah, blah. Morning routine; shower, dressed, breakfast. Same old, same old. I went back to my room, laying there until something caught my eye; a book.

I decided to read. Reading; something I never do. I'm not saying I don't do it because I have no time, no- no. I have lots of time, but I never want to. I never found anything interesting about reading that was until I found one book a couple days ago. Ever since then, it seems I can't get my fingers off the book.

I read every single word, making sure I was the character, feeling, thinking, doing everything it was. I felt as I were the person in their shoes. It felt different and different is good.

*Perfect Two Lyrics*

"You can be my peanut butter to my jelly, you can be the butterflies I feel in my belly. You can be the captain and I'll be your first mate, you can be the chills I feel on a first date. You can be the hero and I can be your sidekick, you can be the tear I cry if we ever split. You can be that rain from the clouds when its storming or you can be the sun when it shines in the morning. Don't know if I could ever be without you because boy you complete me, and in time I know that we'll both see that we are all we need."

I reread that paragraph over and over again. Those words hit me hard, it got me thinking to this person, this wonderful, amazing person. It made me happy and at the same time emotional because it described us perfectly.
