The Revelation
"I miss Sesshomaru. I want to see him soon. Dumb jewel! I just want to be with him right now." Kagome thought aloud as she kept rubbing the sore spot on her neck, she sighed as she knew it was useless.
"Why does she want to be with him right now? What's happening? Something happened under my nose." Inuyasha thought as he spotted her slightly smiling.
"Sesshomaru, my mate." Kagome thought aloud while touching her mark, a content sigh escaping her lips.
"YOU MATED SESSHOMARU?!" Inuyasha exclaimed as he jumped down from his tree and landed across from Kagome.
"Inuyasha?! You were listening?!" Kagome asked as she angrily jumped up and looked at him.
"Yeah! I can't believe you mated him, Kagome! He's pure evil!" Inuyasha yelled at her as a scowl situated itself on his complexion.
"I don't care if he's evil! I love him! You shouldn't interfere!" Kagome yelled back. "I'm going home!" Kagome angrily added as she stood, turned, and walked away with a stomp. Inuyasha followed her back with a scowl still taking place.
"Sango, can I borrow Kirara for a sec?" Kagome asked as she looked at Sango with pleading eyes and a desperation in her tone.
"I'm fine with that, how about you, Kirara?" Sango asked the feline as they heard a mewl in response. Kirara transformed and awaited Kagome to hop on.
"I'll see you guys later!" Kagome hollered as Kirara took to the air. Soon enough, they were far from camp. "Please put me down near the Goshinboku, Kirara." Kagome told Kirara while petting her softly. When they arrived, Kagome thanked Kirara and she left to go back.
"SESSHOMARU!" Kagome yelled at the top of her lungs. She waited for 1 minute, she waited for 2 minutes, then 3 and finally he came.
"What is it, mate? Are you hurt?" Sesshomaru asked as he grabbed Kagome's shoulders and started sniffing everywhere, searching for any signs of injury.
"I'm fine, I just wanted to see you. I missed you." Kagome answered as she hugged him and wrapped her legs around his waist, letting his scent overwhelm her. "Did you feel sore on your neck?" Kagome asked as she gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Yes, that is normal. If mates don't see each other for 3 days then they will feel sore on their neck, when that happens they must visit their mate. The pull will be stronger if the woman is pregnant." Sesshomaru answered her as he nuzzled her neck and sighed happily.
"Inuyasha said that something is mixed with my scent. The soreness being strong and my scent makes me think I'm pregnant, Sesshomaru." Kagome told him quietly as her grip on him strengthened.
"You're pregnant?" Sesshomaru asked with a bit of surprise lacing his tone.
"Yes." She replied quietly while looking away.
"ITS YOUR FAULT KAGOME'S PREGNANT YOU MONSTER!"
