It was already eight am when Taylor and I arrived back at the house. At first it was quiet but then, later on, Austin and Mr. Swift invited me to help on fixing the cars. I had to ask her first, she nodded along with her cute giggle and told me she had to do something with her mum and Shiela, so pretty much, we're going separate ways. "Have fun." She said and kissed me on the cheek. The next thing I knew was she disappeared with the rest of the ladies.

"Damn slick moves of my sister. Acting all cute and child-like." Austin remarked and I only laughed.

"Hey son, know a thing or two about car fixing?" Mr. Swift asked, the question towards me.

"Or two." I answered, while rubbing my eyes. I've been sleepy as hell, but I tried ignoring it as I couldn't just excuse myself and say "no" to them. Besides, it won't be comfortable if I sleep and they work, especially not when I'm under their roof.

Austin laughed, "You got me. Shall we start?" That's when we went to the garage and started with the fixing.

Mavery was also with us, pretending to fix his toy car with real tools which, I hope he doesn't end up destroying it. I am also wondering why Austin let his son use the real tools but I didn't question it.

As of now, I'm lying on that wheeled platform under the car, trying to fix the loose stuff while they get to fix what's under the hood. It was fine with me except for the fact that I might fall asleep. Thankfully, they kept the conversation going or else I would have dozed off. Both my hands and my shirt is stained with grease, I smell an awful lot like car oil but I didn't mind, that was better because it helped me stay awake.

Austin, later on, peeked under the car, where I am lying down. I saw a partial of his face before I looked away because my neck hurts awfully if I did it for too long.

"Harold!" He yelled.

"What?" I asked, I probably sounded harsh but I didn't bother taking it back.

Austin didn't respond, all I heard were the tools clanging. "What?" I repeated.

"I saw my sister wearing a ring." He said in his mischievous tone.

"Uhuh." That was my only response. I picked up another tool.

"You did it, didn't you?"

"Obviously." I muttered.

"Ha! Whoa ho ho ho, when the hell? I gotta dust off my suit. I gotta buy Mavery's suit! When will it happen?" He asked, surprisingly excited.

"Soon, I think." I replied. "That's a lot to plan and it needs a lot of time so maybe after Taylor gets better."

"Got it, but still the suits!" Austin said. "What's the motif?" The mood was good enough for me to answer those annoying questions.

I laughed, "Black, white. . . maybe red." Taylor and I didn't really discuss the details, and technically, I didn't ask her to marry me. . . but it's already like that. Nevertheless, I'll ask her later.

"What are the flowers, then?" Mr. Swift asked, going along with the flow.

"Roses." I replied without hesitation.

"Oh yeah, Tay loves roses." Austin piped up. "Especially the red ones."

"Yes, because somehow the flowers had her touch." I agreed. "She had other favourite flowers but roses are the best things that fit her." I said.

Roses, the red ones, somehow Taylor was like them. . . she is a flower, a stunning kind.

I don't remember how the conversation shifted to flowers but it went on. After we were all done, we were sweaty and covered in oil. I can say, I was the worst. I walked out of the garage and Taylor approached me. She gave me an embrace.
