Starts out a bit slow in this chapter, but it picks up near the end. :) On the left is a picture of the kind of truck that the Factionless are driving. If you can't see it it is an army truck.

Tris POV:

The wall just sits there, with its open gap, staring at me. I look over at Tobias and he is just staring at the wall too. The question burns in my mind, and I'm sure this question is burdening all of us. Do we just leave?

The snow falls on us still, collecting in our hair and on our black clothing. I open my mouth to say something, but nothing comes out. I try again to get my words out and it works this time. "Are we just going to go, or do we need Marcus and Evelyn?" I ask to anyone who can give me an answer.

"I don't think we have a choice." Tobias replies while keeping his eyes fixed on the wall.

"You know that with those big trucks, they probably didn't make it to Amity in time." Uriah adds.

"I know, They are out there somewhere, probably a few miles back." Tobias says. " It won't take long to find them."

I look at Christina and she just stands there white faced and pale as she stares at the gap in the wall. "Let's go," Tobias encourages. "We can make it there by night fall."

Tobias POV:

Tris chose to sit in the back with Christina, Ryan, and Caleb. Uriah wanted to sit passenger. I look at the gauges in the truck. I'm not sure what they mean, but I know that they are important. I havn't even driven before, so the little indicators on the  dash tell me nothing.

While I'm driving I notice a light start to flash. I look at it and it is part of the gauge that  has an F on the right a E on te left. I guess that it is important, or else the light would not be on. I look up  again and see a large Factionless truck on the horizon.

I feel the truck start to loose power, slowly coming to a stop. Even with my foot flooring the pedal, it doesn't move. I take my foot of and look at Uriah. "I think we have to walk now." he says. I nod my head and open my door so I can get out.

I walk around to the back and tell the other's what happened. Ryan nods like he knows exactly what happened. "You ran out of gas." he says.

We all stare blankly at him, because we have no idea what gas is. It is not like we drive around on a regular basis. "Gas keeps the car running." he explains.  We all just try and dismiss that mess as we start to walk to the other truck. I walk next to Tris and I walk with my hand in hers.

Once we get near the Truck, I notice that it is way bigger than ours. It can easily hold thirty people. I start to see a few Factionless walking around.

We approach the Truck and a Factionless man walks up to us. "What are you doing here?" he asks.

"We are looking for Marcus and Evelyn." Tris blurts out.

The man turns around and yells "MARCUS! EVELYN!"

Sure enough, Marcus and Evelyn appear from behind the truck and they come running towards us.

Tris POV:

Marcus and Evelyn walk right up to Tobias and totally ignore my existence. I look up at Tobias and notice he is looking at me. I point to the wall to tell him to start the conversation. He nods and looks at Marcus and Evelyn.

"Ok, can you guys give us a ride to the wall?" Tobias asks.

"Well, It is going to be swarming with Erudite." Evelyn says.
