First chapter part two! It takes place six weeks after they left the city, so there is a time gap. I have decided to add a little bit of Ryan's POV into part 2, but it will be mostly Tris and Four's POV.

Tobias POV:
I hear Caleb walking behind me as I go down the hallway, and I don't really feel like dealing with him. He hasn't left me alone ever since we left the wall, and he follows me everywhere. He needs to get a girlfriend or someone else to follow.
I walk faster when he starts to catch up, down the old building's dark wall way. We move to a new location every time The Republic finds us. Right now I think this is an abandoned apartment complex. That is what Ryan called it before, but I don't know where we are. All these things like hotels and apartments are all the same to me.
I reach my door and reach my hand out to turn the nob, while I stare at the number four on my door. I smile at the number and open my door making sure to walk in and quickly close the door behind me to show Caleb I don't want to talk to him right now. I lock the door and then look around.
This room was bigger than my one back in Chicago, it has a kitchen, a big room when you first walk in, as well as the bedroom and bathroom. I look over and see Tris asleep on the couch where I left her when I left to go to talk to Ryan. We have shared rooms ever since we left Chicago.
I move over to the table in the kitchen and pull myself down into one of the chairs. My black backpack and it's contents lay spilled on the table. I really need to pick all of it up, being that Ryan just told me we need to leave by tonight.
I take each item and stuff it in my backpack, most of it is just my black clothes. I try to keep black clothes whenever I come across them, because it is the only thing other than my tattoos that connects me to my previous life. I stop when I come across the two pieces of paper that stop me every time I go through my back pack. I rub my thumb over the parchment. I think about the words that are scribbled onto the paper. The exact words burn into my brain, because I have read them a thousand times.
I unfold the note and read the words once more.
Four,
I don't have much time. Your mother and I made it out with the remaining factions. I am sending this note before The Republic is about to arrest us. I am having an Amity man deliver this to the first Rebel camp he comes across, so it can get to you. The city is going to be bombed after The republic takes us under their wing. We will meet again, once I can escape. Don't come looking for me. Whatever you do, DONT go back to Chicago.
-Marcus
I fold up the paper and slip it into my bag. We have been trying to find the place where The Republic is keeping my mother and father ever since I got the note three weeks ago. Ryan has told me that we need to find the rest of Amity and Candor in order to have the leading edge in war against The Republic.
I put my note from Marcus in my bag and open my other note. I skim my eyes over the words.
Four/Tobias
I know you have no idea who I am. You don't need to know me. You need to leave and you need to leave now. The Republic is coming and picture them as an army twenty times the size of yours. I am an informant for The Rebels. I could not get this to Ryan. You need to go give this to him
-Spy
I had just got back from showing this to Ryan. I have no idea when this was sent to me being that our system of communication is slow. We can't use anything with a computer, or we will be tracked. We rely on notes that are passed from rebel camp to rebel camp. This note is the reason we are moving once again.
