I couldn’t take him anymore. I had to get out of that place. Both of them suck. I was actually trying to be nice to them, but no. They couldn’t even try. And that hurt me even more. I just wanted someone to mourn with over Daemon. That was something Garrett and I had in common. And Michie I had a girl talk with her. That means something for other girls, but obviously not her.
I had been walking for a while, and reached Ken’s place. It was nice enough place. It had a navy blue roof, sky blue walls, green grass which was surrounded by a navy blue fence. Yep he definitely likes navy blue.
I looked around for him. But he was nowhere in sight. Where was he? This made no sense. I could’ve sworn this was his house. I eventually gave up on looking for him, and decided to go sit on his lawn. It would be so awkward if this wasn't his house. I eventually drifted off to sleep, which wasn’t good. But I had no choice. Sleep was calling me.
“Chelsea?” I awoke to the sound of Ken’s voice. I looked up to see if it was a dream or reality. When I did, I was staring at Ken, and his dick. I mean his crotch. I mean his legs. Yeah that sounds better. Not really but better than the first two.
“Hi Ken. Fancy meeting you here,” I smiled.
“Really, at my house?” He chuckled.
“Um, Ken. Garrett’s in danger. And if we don’t go meet Chaoran she might kill him. We have to save him. I mean I know I don’t really like him. But he’s my friend and you don’t kill my friend, though life would be great without Garrett. Though what about Daemon? We might never be able to save him if Garrett dies-” I was interrupted by Ken’s lips. He touched his lips onto mine. Just to shut me up. How sweet is that? Very sweet, in case you were wondering.
“Are you done now?” He asked me as he pulled away.
“Yeah,” I was flushed. He’s such a good kisser. I felt as if I was going to faint.
“Well are you ready to leave?” He asked me smiling, and chuckling again. Man did he look cute when doing it. Focus Chelsea we have to get to the address.
“Yeah, we should get going. It’s almost time,” I rushed to get to his car. We had to get there quickly.
“When do we have to be there?” He asked me.
“1.” I said bluntly.
“Crap, it’s almost 12:30. We got to go.” He said as he looked as his watch. Huh when did that get there?
“You’re right,” He grabbed my hand and we walked over to his truck, which was navy blue, big surprise. I hopped into his truck on the passenger side. He got in on the driver’s side. He then started the engine. Wait a minute I didn’t give him the address!
“So uh the place we’re going to is 22 Walker Street. Do you know where that is?” I looked over at him. He nodded. It’s a good thing he does, because I have no clue where it is. That’s the problem with not growing up in this town. I grew up in Coyote Locke. But I’m here in Badger Falls now. I don’t even know why Daemon and I came to this place. We just wanted to get out of that place, I guess. It wasn’t exactly the greatest place to live.
Ken turned a corner. And as he did he stole a glance of me. He looked worried. Why would he be worried? It’s not like I’m the one who’s about to die. Shit I forgot my dagger. How am I supposed to fight back if I don’t have a dagger?
I frantically searched myself for the dagger. I couldn’t find it anywhere. Shit this is not good.
“Looking for something?” Ken asked me.
“I forgot the dagger that Gar-Gar brought me from your house,” I looked down at my hands.
“First Gar-Gar, and second I have extra weapons in my trunk don’t worry.” he smiled. “But honestly Gar-Gar?”
