This was it. The moment I finally get to kill Angelica, hopefully. I don’t know if I’m going to be able to. The real reason I’m doing this is to retrieve that page. But they didn’t say I couldn’t kill her. So I thought why the hell not?

The only problem with this was I had to walk all the way to her house. And it was going to take a while. I know I could probably head to my place to get my car. But my car isn’t at my place. It’s at Ken’s. Maybe I shouldn’t have driven there. Shit.

There was just one problem. I had no idea where her house was. Hell I didn’t know where I was. Why didn’t she give me directions? So instead I had to walk around aimlessly, hoping that I find her house.

I had been turning corners, and walking down straight streets for almost half an hour now. It was pretty clear I was never going to find her house. I was also a little lost by that time, so I decided to grab a bite to eat. I walked into the closest restaurant when I saw something I never thought I would see alone. I looked over by the window and saw Aaron, alone, without Valli, which is strange since he’s always with her. I walked over to him. Just to see what’s up.

“Hey Aaron, what are you doing here?”

“I can ask you the same question.”

“I asked you first.”

“Fair enough, I’m here because Valli’s annoying me. All she’s talking about is how her mother has crossed the line this time, stealing that Moon guy.”

“You mean Eclipse?” I asked him.

“Yeah that’s his name. Anyways she only did it to get back at you.”

“That bitch. I knew it. What’s wrong with her?”

“Everything, she’s a little messed up. So why aren’t you with the others?”

“Well they were headed to Valli’s and I didn’t want to talk to her.” I then looked down at the ground.

“Why do I have a feeling you’re lying?” He asked me, lifting up my chin and making me look at him. But I tried not to look in his eyes. I didn’t want to turn him to stone again.

“Alright I left to get something back from Angelica.”

“And what is this thing?”

“A page from a book she stole.”

“And you’re sure it was her?”

“We’re positive. When Clay was still alive they stole it and now I need to get it back.”

“What is this page for?”

“It has information on Garrett’s supernatural type. And he needs it to study his type before we confront Valli and Chaoran.”

“You’re confronting Valli?”

“Did I say confront? I meant talk to, nicely.”

“Yeah huh, anyways do you need a lift to her house? I know where it is and I’m happy to help.” Aaron, is happy to help, since... since when?

“Well do you want a ride or not?”

“Um yes, thank you.”

“Alright, but you look pale, maybe you should eat something first,”

“You’re right I haven’t eaten at all. Do they have salads here?”

“I think they have veggie burgers.”

“That’ll do. Can you order me that?”

“Why don’t you order yourself?”

“I need to go to the washroom.” He chuckled.
