“Saviour? What do you mean?” Ben asked the person who had so secretively came up to him.

“Come with me” Ben heard the person say and he simply followed.

Brandon's POV

“So, as I asked, who do you have in mind?” I asked the girl who sat now on the sinks.

“Yes actually, I think I do. Someone who would also have access to the Saviour without it being bizarre, someone NO-ONE would suspect. I don't suppose you have met a young girl called Lourdes?” she said with an evil smile.

Tanya's POV

“How's Brandon?” dad asked me and I just stared. He had lay down again, too tired to sit up for as long as it did.

“He's well...” I said looking down. He was asking about his son, who had not spoken to him in years; refused to speak to him; refused to even look at him. And now, even though he had actually gotten a broken hand because of him, he still wanted to talk about him. He still loved him.

“That's good.” he said and nodded, not even looking at me but the ceiling. He seemed slightly high, which was understandable. He had obviously taken painkillers to relieve the pain. I remember when I broke my hand, the first time, when I actually went to the hospital, and it hurt like hell!

“Dad, what happened?” I asked him hoping he could shed some light on what had occurred with Brandon, or what happened in the past, or anything he understood by that question. I don't even know what I was asking it for, or what answer I was expecting, but I asked it anyway.

“What do you mean” he asked as though he knew I had absolutely no idea what I was asking about.

“Anything. What happened to you, after you got out of jail? I mean, you never called or wrote … “ I stated, a tear nearly streaming down my eyes which I didn't allow myself to endulge in. Crying showed weakness.

“I did write” he said as he held my hand. He had managed to find it without even looking.

“I never got any letters” I said sadly. I kind of realised what happened without needing an explanation.

“Don't blame her” he said referring to my mum. “She was just trying to protect you from the influence of me.” he continued and he made me all the more angry and curious.

“Influence? Dad whatever got you in jail could not have been an excuse for you to not visit, or for mum to not allow us to visit. I mean you don't seem like the type of person to do anything horrifically bad...” I said hoping he would have nodded, or at least stayed quiet as I cluelessly defended him. But he spoke and gave me the biggest shock of my life.

“I killed someone. In front of Brandon. Which is why I think what your mother did was the best thing for you and why I think that Brandon isn't exactly going to be talking to me anymore. So … I understand your mothers perspective. But then again, I just found out she may have been an alien, so maybe more things were involved than just the whole 'me in jail' shibang” he said slightly moaning in pain. Even though they had given him medication, he still looked as though he was in pain.
