I have had a lot of teachers over the years. Hold on give me a second, I have had, about eighteen or more different teachers. So I have a handful of different teachers who teach differently and they teach very, well very differently.
So, here are a handful of the similarities I have found in a really good ballet teacher. They keep your attention and you aren't bored and daydreaming. When you do glance at the clock, you find yourself surprised and you realize class is almost over. You're not looking over at the window. Their combinations then challenge you and make you sore. They correct you. They will look at you and will remember another correction they gave you earlier. They keep control of the class, there's not too much chatting.
