After Jaune showed me to the dorms, I thanked him, learning that the girl I knocked out was named Nora, who he said, was probably gonna get me back later. I grinned and told him I'd like to see her try. I walked down the hallway which had red carpet and simple white doors. I found my room and unlocked it with my scroll. I walked in to see three other people sitting on their beds, reading or studying. I stood at the door, looking over each and everyone of them. There were two guys and one girl. I grit my teeth. "Just like my old team," I thought, "Does Ozpin think this is a joke?" Well nonetheless, they were my teammates, might as well try to be friends with them.
One of the guys were wearing something similar to me, black pants and a armored leather jacket with an emblem of a black dragon's head with a blood red jewel embedded in it's head with an undercut similar to mine. The other guy was wearing a black vest and pants, both outlined with orange, and wore a white scarf. He had spiky black hair. The girl had green hair and wore a jet black ninja gi. I saw her polishing her katana as I walked in. Before I could say anything, the girl spoke. "Look it's our fearless leader, the one that got kicked out of Atlas," she mocked. I clenched my fists and tried not to glare at her, instead I stared at the ground.
The guy wearing the leather jacket walked up to me and put his arm around me and grinned. "Look Ezra, everyone makes mistakes, just not as big as this guy." He jabbed his finger into my shoulder. "Hey," he said, "Is it true you killed all your friends and you sacrificed them to the Grimm?" He sneered and spat on my shoe and pushed me into the ground. "I can't believe HE'S going to lead us. He'll probably just get us all killed. Am I right Yuuto?" Yuuto, the one wearing the vest didn't say anything. It seemed like he felt sorry for me. I clenched my fists even harder. "Oh, you wanna fight big guy?" he said, eyeing my fists. "Let's go, right now. Let's see how bad I can kick your butt." He put up his arms in a traditional brawler style stance. I had seen this kind of fighting style plenty of times before. It was always the punks who liked to hang out behind old buildings and in dark alleyways, preying on the weak who couldn't fight for themselves. I decided it was better to walk away then to fight. Fighting would only make it more difficult to get on these guys' good side, if they even had one. So I got on my feet, turned and walked away listening to his taunts and insults. So much for good team cohesion.
