As I ran through the school grounds, I saw that whoever had attacked the school held no mercy for the innocent. Students I shared classes with were lying lifelessly on the ground, murdered in cold blood. I vowed to give all of them a proper burial after I find the people responsible and make them pay. I heard some shuffling and some rocks shifting that did not sound natural. I ejected the blades from my wrists, wielding them by their hilts. I peered around a corner and saw Pyrrah and the rest of her team gathered around something. I sheathed my blades and approached them slowly, not wanting to startle them. "What happened?" I asked. Pyrrah looked at me with tears inn her eyes and moved aside so I could see. There was Jaune, lying in a pool of blood, propped up against rocks and barely breathing. "I did everything I could," Ren said, wiping blood of of his face. Nora and Pyrrah both stood in silence. I clenched my fist and knelt next to Jaune. "Who did this?" I demanded. "They hit us so fast and so hard, we barely had anytime to react. Much less actually fight back," Ren rambled. I stood up and grabbed him by the shoulders, shaking him. "Snap out of it! What happened?!" He took a breath and sat down on a rock. "The White Fang came out of nowhere, armed to the teeth," he whispered. Jaune coughed and Pyrrah rushed to his side. "How are you feeling?" she whispered.

Jaune couldn't respond, choking on his own blood. "MOVE!" I yelled, pushing Pyrrah aside. I quickly glanced over Jaune's injuries. "Three bullets," I said. I turned to Pyrrah. "Can you take out the bullets?" She nodded and used her polarity to pull out the bullets. I put my hands over his wounds and concentrated. "Don't die on me!" I pushed my aura into Jaune, trying to regenerate his own aura.  Jaune glowed for a moment, pulsing with energy, his wounds closing. I faltered backwards, feeling as if I just ran a marathon. Jaune opened his eyes and sat up. "Whe-where am I?" he asked. Pyrrah hugged him and Nora sighed with relief. Ren leaned forward and put his hand on my shoulder. "Are you alright?" I nodded my head and tried to catch my breath. "What happened to my team and team RWBY?" I asked. Ren shrugged his shoulder, thanked me once more and went to tend Jaune. I left the group and went to find my team.

I found what was left of the dorms, the building crumbling and seemed like it would break apart any second. I walked to the doorway and crawled under the rubble, and found myself on the first floor. It was a collection of craters and cracked walls with the stairs to the second floor destroyed. I jumped up and grabbed the ledge above me, pulling myself up. The ledge started to crack and fall, so I ran as fast as I could and jumped once more, grabbing onto the third floor. I was greeted with words written in blood on the walls. "Come and get them." I looked to my right and saw a pile of bodies, burned beyond recognition. I looked away in disgust to see the floor smeared in blood to make the White Fang's insignia. I clenched my fists and a broke a hole through the wall and jumped out onto the ground floor below. I ran back to the courtyard and shot the flare I had brought with me. As instructed, the pilot pulled the plane around and landed in the courtyard. I ran over to the plane and stuck my head inside the cockpit. "Go and find any survivors and take them to Atlas. Inform Ironwood of the attack made by the White Fang," I instructed. "I'll stay behind and look for my friend's team and my own." The pilot nodded his head and passed on my commands to the two Atlas officials. I started to head to where Yang kept her motorcycle, praying it was untouched.

White Fang Camp...

"Your friend is going to walk right into our hands!" a White Fang soldier taunted. Zayne spit blood out of his mouth. "When he gets here, he's going to kick your ass!" he retorted. The soldier slammed his fist into Zayne's face again. "You won't see the light of day ever again!" the soldier promised. He grabbed Zayne by his cuffs and pushed him into a chair, while another soldier secured him to the chair. The soldiers left and closed the door, locking it. Zayne looked to his right and saw Ezra had also been beaten. "H-he's coming right?" she asked. Zayne looked at the ground. "He's coming for sure!" he replied.
