Kai POV

I was laying on the bed exhausted from being up all night with Ki'Yaire he wouldn't sleep worth anything and it has me super cranky because I am running off 30 minutes of sleep I have to get Love up and ready for school, make breakfast, shower, feed Ki'Yaire and get Love to school by 9:30. This is such a struggle, but I love my babies and sacrifices have to been made to make sure my kids lives are perfectly in tact with no wants or needs in this world. Being a single mother is extremely hard, but it will make us stronger and it will all work out in the end. I kicked my legs in the air huffed and puffed and jumped up and went into Love's room. "Love! Baby girl it's time to wake up" I cooed. She stirred in her sleep whining, "Love don't start that whining this morning I'm too tired to deal with that this morning" I said sternly. I don't spoil her that's that stupid shit FATz does I don't have the time, patience, nor energy to baby her. "Mommy I'm sleepy" Love whined. "C'mon love bug, I am very tired and we have to get going baby" I said. Dealing with a newborn and a toddler is very time consuming and things like sleepless nights and mornings are super hard. I just hope with time things will become easier, but that's a fairly tale. Love finally got up and I untwisted her Bantu knots, washed her up and dressed her before making her a hot meal before school. I tend to not make a heavy breakfast before school so she won't be sleepy, so I made sausage and cream of wheat. While she ate I showered, dressed myself and packed Love's day bag. I just really wanted to sit down and rest my bones, but being a mom is a lot of work so I just really need to get the hang of it at first it was only Love a few times a month and know it's Love & Ki', who has a ton of medical issues which is a lot to deal with for a 19 year old, but I don't regret anything if I could change anything it would be time, but I wouldn't take anything back. Soon as I get done my baby boy gets to cutting up, so I fed him, cleaned him up, got him dressed, and we headed out to take my love bug to school. "Mommy" Love called out. "Yes Baby girl?" I answered. "Can I call my daddy? I miss him" she said knowing that we don't communicate I unlocked my phone, dialed his number and gave her the phone. They talked up until we pulled up to her school. I got them out the car and headed into the building. "Good morning Love and Kai'Yanne" Ms. Anderson greeted "Good morning Ms. Anderson" we returned. I signed her in and talked to her teacher for a minute. "Bye Mommy I Love You" Love Screamed "Bye Baby girl I love you too be good Love" I told her and left, to work we go.
