Today is the day that I tell my mom that I am pregnant I don't know how she's going to take it , but IK for a fact she's gonna put me out so last week I found a condo for me and my baby it's 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, large kitchen , huge back yard and a big basement. It's not too much , but not too little it's just right. I plan on getting a card and writing a letter on the inside and there be an ultrasound picture of him in the envelope. I'm having FATz come help me pack so I can just leave and go to his house until I can sign my lease. I'm so nervous to here and see what her reaction is going to be. I also am giving her the money back for the cruise that we go on in December because I don't want her on no bullshit saying I can't go anymore because she wanna be on some hoe shit. I'll get my own flight to Miami and hotel room.

"Mom can you come in the living room please? There's something I need to give you" I called out

"Here" I handed her the letter

Ma I'm writing this letter to say something I don't think I'll be able to say verbally. I know for a fact that you're gonna be mad , but I'm now grown mama I can make my own decisions and live with them. I am 5 months pregnant. No I haven't known the whole time , but I've known for about a month. I'm having a little boy. No I'm not getting an abortion nor am I giving him up for adoption I don't believe in that. I go by the theory you lay w/ dogs you catch flees , so you have sex you may get pregnant. I am pregnant it wasn't planned , but he's on his way so I am going to do everything I can to be the best mother I can be and give him the best life possible. I am still going to Clark Atlanta next month. You can either be in our lives or don't be. I love you , but I choose my son.

She took the picture out and just looked at it , I didn't know what her thoughts were , but I knew I was going to have to leave because she always told me I wasn't bringing any babies into her house.

" I am going on the cruise I'll give you the money back today for my portion, I'm not making a mistake I want to keep my baby and take responsibility for my actions and I am with or without your support, I am going to go to school and finish didn't nobody say it was gonna be easy , But what I do know is that my son won't go without on no day. I own a restaurant for heaven sakes I really don't have to work or go to school if I don't want to I'm actually set , but I am going to go to school for my culinary and business license. I knew you were going to put me out and I'm two steps ahead of you , no you're not getting back anything you bought for me because they were gifts to me and that childish so I'll be keeping my Malibu and whatever else you thought you were gonna get back , you can your house key back after I'm all moved out. FATz will be by later to pick up some of my things I have to go to work now." I got up with tears streaming down my face , and with that I went up stairs grabbed a duffle bag with some stuff in it , my phone , purse , both car keys , my vitamins and my jewelry box and hopped into my Jeep and headed to work.
