What have i gotten myself into

~Josh's POV~

I had just finished my meeting with the director for my new movie. I got into my jeep and started to drive back to my house. I was driving through the town where Carly's apartment is. I say someone stumbling on the side walk as my car got closer my headlights reveled the person in the dar. Carly! Quickly stop my car and get out. I rush over to her and steady her by placing my hands on her shoulders. she wasn't saying anything so I say to her

"Carly! Carly are you ok!?" he looks at me strangely and suddenly says

"Josh!"

"Yah it's me don't worry get in my car I'll take you to my house." I say putting a hand on her back and leading her to my car. I didn't know what was wrong white her but i knew something wasn't right. I buckle her in and drive speedily to me house it took about five minutes. I quickly unbuckle her and carry her bridal style inside. I place her in the couch sitting up right

"Josh, I'm hungry." she says with her words slurred. once she says this it is like a light bulb turns on in my head. she is high. 'oh my god why is she high! I thought she was a sweet innocent girl.' I think to myself. the reason I could tell from this was, I remember reading something on line and it said you can tell when someone is high because they will have random waves of hunger and their words will be slurred and there eyes bloodshot. there were other symptoms, but these were the ones Carly was exhibiting.

"Umm ok I'll get you something to eat." I go into the kitchen and make her a ham sandwich when u come back she is crashed on the couch. I decide to leave her there and I lie on the couch that is across from her. I slowly drift into a sleep wondering why Carly is in this state.

~Carly's POV~

When I wake up I am so disoriented. 'what happened? and where am I?' I look around the house I awoke in and find josh sleeping peacefully on a couch in front of me. I try to run over the events of the night

I know I went to see Zane, wait a minute did-did I get high last night?!

Uhg, I did, now I remember josh found me on the street. I guess he must have brought me to his house, ugh what have I gotten myself into.

"Carly?" josh says groggily looking at me "Carly ar-are you ok?"

"Yes, I'm fine. where am I?"

"At my house."

"Why?" I ask hoping what I thought was all wrong

"Carly,..." he looks down at his hands then at me "I found you..out on the street...high last night..."
