The plan

Carly's POV

-1 year later-

It's been about a year since I found my parents and it's been a pretty good year. Josh turned 20 two weeks ago and I'll be 19 in less than two months. josh got a roll in a movie called The Hunger Games playing the roll of on of the main characters named Peeta. He started filming in August so I haven't seen him much because he has been in North Carolina, but he is coming home in a few hours!we have skyped every night since he has been gone, but since the time zones are 3 hours apart we start Skyping at 1 in the morning, but it's okay I wouldn't sleep for months if it meant I got to see him.

While josh has been in North Carolina I have been doing quite a bit myself. first of all I took a drivers ed class about 8 months ago and now I'm a licensed driver! I spent lots and lots of time with my mum and dad and I have gotten very close to Eliana who is now 14 and Ariana who is now ten and Markus who is almost 7. I love all of them the are so sweet and funny! I also got a job in the local mall at American eagle. it's a pretty good job I don't get payed a ton, but it's enough to pay my gas bill and phone bill!

"Carly!" Michele shouts to me from the kitchen because I'm in my room

"Yah?!" I call back

"Come down it's time to go get josh!" she said

My heart lifted as she said this I'm so excited to see him again

"Okay!" I say rushing down the stairs

I jump from the last step and run into the kitchen where Chris Connor and Michele are

"Are we going?" I say anxiously

"Haha yes were going get the car Connor and Carly I'm going to go get the keys" Chris said

"Okay!" Connor and I say in unison and rush to the car

I sit anxiously in my seat awaiting the moment until I'll be back in Josh's arms

Josh's POV

I sit in my first class seat with my hands folds together and my leg shaking up and down profusely. I'm so nervous and excited! today is the day where I finally get to see Carly after months of filming and I'm going to propose to her tonight also which I'm extremely nervous about. Im 99.9% sure she will say yes but I'm still nervous that she won't and I would die if she didn't I love her so much. I mean she is my life and I want to spend my life with her she is an amazing girl.

Only Connor knows why my plain is to propose we have been plaining it since last night when I told him I wanted to propose. I'm going to tell my parents when I get home. I have every thing amped out to the smallest detail! she always told me that the birthday date I took her on last year was the best day of her life so I have to top that night and i think I will. I already bought a ring in NC and I really think she'll love it!

"Hey man, what's wrong? your shaking like your on the verge of freezing to death!" Liam says

Oh, yah I forgot he was sitting right next to me and yes it's Liam Hemsworth I'm talking about

"Ahh it's nothing really I'm just nervous about something" I say to him

"What are you nervous about?" he asks

"Well, I'm ahh I'm proposing to my girlfriend tonight" I say looking at him in the face

"No way! that's great, I'm happy for you!"

"Thanks I'm just worried she won't say yes..."

"She will if you tell her exactly how you feel and why you want to marry her. don't make up some script ahead of time just let it come to you when you ask her" he says to me in all seriousness

"Thanks man, I appreciate it" I say to him

I get off the plain and say goodbye to jen and Liam and make my way to the baggage claim area while still looking for Carly.

"Josh!!" I hear Carly yell as I'm walking I stop and look around but can't see here until she comes running full force at me and wraps her arms around my neck and u pick her up off the ground and hold her around her waist. instantly my nose is filled with her beautiful smell. gosh I missed that smell

"I missed you so much" I say into he ear

"I missed too" she says back to me

I gently set her on the ground when I see my family. I go over to them with Carly next to me and hug them all. gosh I didn't realize how much I missed them all

I go and get my bags and we all drive home together making jokes and laughing almost the whole ride home! it was awesome

When we get home we all sit on the living room couch and talk. Carly and I were holding hands the whole time not willing to let anytime pass when we weren't together.

When 3:30 rolls around I realized we had been talking for about 3 hours!

"Oh my gosh!" Carly says looking at her phone

"What?" I say worriedly

"It's 3:30 I have to get to work!" she says jumping off the couch and grabbing her purse

"Bye guys!" she says to everyone

I stand up and we kiss goodbye

"Bye I love you" she says

"Love you too" I say back

And like that she is out the door. I decide to take this time to tell my parents about proposing to Carly and my plan

"So I have something plained for Carly tonight and I need you guys' help, mom and dad." I say sitting back down

"Okay, what are you doing?" my mom asks

"Umm im" I look to Connor and he nods telling me to just spit it out "I'm going to propose to her"

Carly's POV

I finished work around 6 and start to drive home.

When I get home the only car in the drive way is Josh's. I walk into the house to find josh in the living room.

"Hey babe!" I say as I close the door

"Hey!" he says getting up and coming over to me

"Where is everyone?" I ask him

"They went out to go shopping" he says

"With Connor?"

"Yah he said he needed gas in his car so he went"

"Oh okay" I say going over and sitting on the couch

" So I was thinking we could go out tonight you want to?"

"Yah definitely! when are we going?"

"Soon so if you want to change you probably should now"

"Okay!" I say happily and I start to walk up the stairs "oh josh?"

"Yah?" he says as I rush down the stairs and wrap my arms around him "I love you"

"I love you too" he says leaning in to kiss me. as our lips meet it's like the time when we kissed for the first time. my heart skipped a best and sparks flew.

We pull apart

"I missed that" he says

"Me too"
