Meeting

"Carly! Where do you think your going!" Rene yelled at me from the top of the steps as I am getting ready to go out the door to get high again. I don't know why she is up it's 11pm she is usually asleep she is probably stalking me now




"Away from this hell!" I yell up to her angrily and run out the door. I hear people behind me running it's the two cooks at the orphanage running after me I'm quite always ahead of them but I continue to run. I'm not really suppose to because of my lung issue but I have an inhaler so I blow it off and continue running. I can barley see the guys anymore when I look back, and when I look forward agin still running, I run straight into somebody. it's a guy I can tell by his firm chest he has an LA SnapBack on and sunglasses so I can only see his mouth I almost fall but get my valence before I do




"Oh my gosh are you ok?" he asks worriedly even though it's not his fault. then remembering the chefs I say




"Yah umm can I barrow these thanks!" I say taking his sunglasses and hat off and putting them on. I grab his warm strong hand and run into a dark ally




"What's-" he starts to say but I cut him off with a




"Shhhh!!" I wait for the to chefs to run by until I give him his hat and glasses back.




"Umm thanks, um what's going on? are you in trouble?" he asks with a confused expression on his face




"Well not yet." I say I take out my inhaler from my pocket and use it and put it away




"Do you have asthma?" he asks




"Ummm ya sure." I say "let's go with that." I say under my breath




"So what are you doing out at 11 at night?" he asks




"I think can ask you the same thing?" I say raising an eyebrow at him




"Haha true, well this is the only time I can get out without paparazzi stalking me."




"Paparazzi?"




"You mean you don't know who I am?"




"Should i?"




"Well no, just a lot of girls you'd age stalk me ever since 'journey 2' came out."




"Not following you?"




"I play a character in that movie and girls stalk me now."




"Oh, that doesn't sound bad?"




"Well, it's just weird."




"Understood, well I should probably get going." I say starting to walk out if the ally




"Wait," he says grabbing my arm "I didn't get your name?"




"Carly" I say smiling




"Josh," he says"you know you really are tiny."




"Yah I don't eat a lot." I lie




"Oh?" he says questioningly "so can I have your number?"




"Why?"




"Well I thought after you wore my clothes and all we could be friends?"




"Umm yah sure, but I ah don't have a cellphone." I say a little embarrassed




"Oh ok well where do you live?"




"Umm the apartment on 24th street." that's. The apartment next to the orphanage




"Ok, how about we meet up there at let's say 7?"




"Yah ok cool." I say smiling. do I have a friend? me?




"So I'll see you tomorrow!" he says ya see ya I say and we go our separate ways.




'As long as he doesn't find out who you really are you might actually have a friend, Carly! just don't ever under any circumstance tell him about who you really are.' I say to myself and go back to my hell...
