Marry me?

Carly's POV

I rush down the stairs in a short plain white flowy dress with a sweetheart neck line.

"I'm ready!" I say happily

"Great! you look amazing!"josh says. Josh is now in a plain white t-shirt and a nice black jacket.

"Same to you sir" I say laughing a little

"Why thank you" he says in a funny voice

We both laugh a little as we make our way to the car. he gets in the drivers seat but before he does opens the door for me to get in the passenger seat. these are the little things that I love about him. we start to drive

"Josh where are we going?" I ask him

"It's a surprise" he says grinning happily

"You and your surprises" I say laughing a little

"Ahh you know you love my surprises" he says

"Yah I do" I say

After driving for a while josh pulls over on the side of the road.

"Here" he says handing me a blindfold "put this on"

"Why?" I say questioningly

"You'll see"

"No I wont I'll have a blindfold on" I say

Josh laughs a little and I put on the blindfold. we drive for a little while then we stop again and josh helps me out of the car and we walk a little.

"Okay take off your blindfold" josh says

I take it off and my eyes are instantly filled with amazement. we are in a little cleared our area of the woods with Christmas lights hung in the trees illuminating a small table set up in the center of the cleared out area because the sun was just now begging to set

"Ahh josh this is beautiful" I say hugging him

"I thought you would like it" he says happy with himself and smiling brightly

"Thank you" I say

"Your welcome" he says and kisses the top of my head "would you like to eat?"

"Yes!" I say happily

When we finish eating we sit and talk for a while until josh says he has something to how me. he takes my hand and we walk together to the place he wants to show me. It has slowly become darker now as the sun has set, but not too dark.

"Okay close your eyes" josh says

"Haha okay" I say and close my eyes and let josh guid me with my hand

I hear a soft noise that sounds a little like water rushing. I feel josh let go of my hand.

"Okay open your eyes" he says

When u do I see a small but beautiful waterfall rushing down the hill.

I turn around to josh and say as I'm turning"Josh thi-" but I'm cut short when I see josh down on one knee.

I feel my eyes get ten times wider and josh begins to talk

"Carly, the first day I ever saw you I fell in love with you instantly and I knew that day you ran into me and I looked into your eyes you were different. You weren't just out to get guys to like the other girls I knew at the time. you're real and You make me feel whole like there is nothing in the while world that can tear us apart. I knew you were the one the day I saw you for the first time and I love everything about. I love you, the way you laugh at my cheesy jokes, the way you blush when I tell you I love you, I love your beautiful blue eyes that I just get lost in every time I look at you, I love how strong and determined you are, I love it when you fall asleep in my arms, I love it when you kiss me like we have never kissed before, I love Everything about you Carly. so Carly Katie Maury" he pauses and I watch with tears in my eyes as he pulls a small box out of his pocket and opens it reveling a small silver ring with diamonds on it "Will You Marry Me?" he says

I nod as I wipe my tears away "yes" I say smiling brighter than I ever have

Josh stands up and wraps his arms around me pick me up and twirls me around and laugh as he does this. when he puts me down he puts the ring on my tiny ring finger. I jump on my tiptoes and kiss him for as long as I can.

"I love you" I say when we pull apart

"I love you more" josh says and kisses me again

Sorry for the supper short chapter but it was pretty great right??!! Haha so this book is coming to an end soon;( but thanks guys for all the nice comments and thanks for all the votes and reads!!!!:) but I will be writing another book!!:) and it may be a sequel to this book but I'm not sure yet. tell me what you guys think I should please!:) thanks guys don't forget to Vote too!!:) ~Hannah
