Hey, guys! Finally, the next chapter! Sorry if you're seeing this for the second time. There were some editing issues and when I read it over, I wasn't quite happy with it. Just a heads up, the Peter in this chapter has changed his role. And I've added some things to the ending as well as I thought it was incomplete.

Also, thanks so much for 1k reads! You guys really mean a lot to me and I will forever be appreciative of all your support! ^-^

The video above is from Fairy Tail. It's the ending 16 from the Grand Magic Games arc. It's a beautiful song, so I thought to put it with this chapter. :) Besides, my NaLu ship is really happening in the first few seconds! >.<  Eeek!

 Hope you all enjoy it!

Calissa rubbed her neck in irritation as she glowered at the arrow sticking up from its position in the ground. A bow was gripped tightly in her left hand and a quiver slung across her shoulders. That arrow was just one of the of failed attempts she had tried in the past week.

The target was before her, clean and crisp, waiting to be pierced. Somehow, by a stroke of luck, she had managed to stick some arrows on the target. The lawn, however, was scattered with arrows, surrounding the target, but never hitting it.

Calissa wasn't surprised. Archery was never her strong point.

She had tried the sport earlier in the years, but never had much chemistry with the weapon. It was like they were enemies, sworn by birth. She hated archery, and archery hated her. They never worked together well. The arrows were always too thin and the target so far away. She couldn't understand how Ave, nor the rest of the people could master it so well.

Consequently, her lack of talent left her in last place in the archery group. Everyone else seemed to get the hang of it, all but her. Even the ones who were struggling managed to surpass her in a matter of hours.

Snickers sounded around her and she felt her shoulders shake in irritation. Turning around, she glared at the boy beside her, who, in the past few days, never failed to remind her of her inadequacy.

"What's so funny, Peter?" she growled out.

He smirked, shooting an arrow perfect in the centre of the target, "Oh, nothing, Cai. Can't I just have a laugh? After all, I've already exceeded the required number of arrows to shoot," he turned towards her innocently, "How about you?"
