My eyes can see what you see,
My ears can hear what you hear,
My heart can feel what your heart feels,
But you will never feel this fear.
It's a fear of one-sided rejection,
That I will somehow never be enough,
That I will never feel completely wanted,
That I will never feel love.
Your words, you don't think I will hear them,
But my ears can hear what you hear,
So take into mind that my heart can feel what your heart feels,
But you will never feel this fear.
