Don't be afraid,
Everyone has to tell,
One way or another,
You just might as well,
Don't be afraid,
Of their consistent yelling,
Let me tell you,
There's nothing wrong with telling.
Don't be afraid,
They can't hurt you forever,
But if you let them continue,
Your confidence they'll sever.
Don't be afraid,
Wipe away your tears,
It's gone on for too long,
You need to face your fears.
Don't be afraid,
They can't hurt you in your dreams,
No matter if you think they can
Or how realistic it seems.
Don't be afraid,
To reach for the stars,
You need to remember your amazing,
Beautiful is what you are.
Don't be afraid,
It will never be too late,
Take you're time but do it,
Go at your own pace.
Don't be afraid,
I'll protect your sacred life,
You need to light a candle,
So hope will burn bright.
Don't be afraid,
It's going to be okay,
Now lets prepare,
What you are going to say.
Don't be afraid,
Their ice is quickly melting,
In the heat of your hope candle,
There is nothing wrong with telling.
