I build up my foundations,
Just to smash it all,
In one hint of anger,
With my trusted wrecking ball.
I build up all my walls,
And invite in all my friends,
Just so when I'm sad,
Everything crumbles down again.
I build up lots of floors,
To make sure I don't hurt my feet,
When the shards from a collapsed building,
Come from the repeat.
I build up my world,
Just to give up the fight,
Welcome to my life,
On the construction site.

I wrote this on my phone, so excuse any spelling mistakes... Though I checked, and I haven't spotted any!
