People say that you fall in love,
But where is the sense in that?
Falling is often painful, clumsy and a mistake,
Not something refined and flat.
People say that you fall in love,
But you have to be pushed to fall,
That's not how I fell in love,
I just ran when you called.
People say that you fall in love,
But this doesn't feel like falling,
I'm flying up above the clouds,
I'm not falling, I'm soaring.
