Okay guys, this is getting super long, so after this delightful (if I do say so myself) little poem I think I'll be making a new poetry book called 'Now You Know', so hold tight!

So now you see,
What you've done to me,
The scars, the lies,
The egotistical prize,
The lavish expenses,
The misty pretences,
The tears in the night,
And the smiles in the light,
And the reflections so vain,
To destroy all the pain,
Yet I drown my words,
Though that is absurd,
I immerse in a book,
Just for you to shut up,
And it's over, it's finished,
My hope has diminished,
So now you see,
What you've done to me.

PuisiThis poetry book is about friendships past and present (mainly past). You don't have to relate, but I hope you do. You don't have to like it, but I hope you do. Thank you for taking the time to read any of these poems, it means a lot to me.
